Leverkusen and Liverpool are certainly the best teams in the Europa League, but if compared to these two teams, one of them will definitely be ahead and should be ahead. If we consider the performance of our league then two teams cannot be separated much but considering the quality of the league I think Liverpool should be ahead. As these two teams have not yet faced each other this season, it is difficult to find the difference between them but when these two teams face each other, it will be clear which team is really the favorite in this Europa League. Is it possible to see Leverkusen and Liverpool in the Europa League final? If it is possible to meet these two teams in the final, then I would expect these two teams to meet in the final.

Definitely Leverkusen and Liverpool stands stronger and better than most of the teams in the Europa, when checked based on team depth, strength and form. I see them as the best contenders for the Europa, nevertheless other teams aswell shouldn't be underestimated as they also wants a trophy too but technically these two teams so far have shown their level of capabilities which looks convincing enough.

Klopp is yet to get an Europa trophy with Liverpool so I think this is his chances and he will be giving everything to it, although the Europa has to be the third most competitive trophies he would be fighting for this season, definitely his hands are tight I hope he develops a strategy to see him through them all and get a trophy before the season end, he has got a great team so it's very possible he gets to achieve this.

That is a fact that cannot be denied because it is clear that Liverpool is much better than Leverkusen even though Leverkusen is the team that is currently ranked first in the Bundesliga. But for the Europa League this time, I am quite sure that Liverpool will be able to provide resistance to every team to win the Europa League trophy this season.

I think the two teams, namely Leverkusen and Liverpool, are strong candidates to win the UEFA Europa League. At the moment I can't choose between the two because only two matches have been played. They both have almost the same statistics. So maybe I will wait until all the matches in the group stage are finished and then we can compare the two.

Leverkusen is currently one of the best teams in the bundesliga. Despite having a strong team like Bayern Munich in their league, they are at the top of the points table. Leverkusen is not temporarily at the top of the points table in the bundesliga but this team has been at the top of the points table since the start of the season and their performances have been consistent. Bundesliga Leverkusen is at the top of the points table with 22 points after losing one match and Liverpool is at the fourth position of the points table with 20 points after losing one match in the English Premier League. 

Compared to Leverkusen and Liverpool, Liverpool will definitely be ahead because the English Premier League teams are stronger than the bundesliga teams and Liverpool have performed well against those stronger teams.

I think @hahay is right here given the current performances by Bayer Leverkusen. I don't know when they were that strong for the last time, but from what I have seen the most remarkable result was that they fought back against Bayern Munich when they played away from home. They were down two times against Bayern Munich and they scored two times and equalized the game. This is not easy for any team. Of course it depends whether they can play on the same level for several months, but if they do then I think they would indeed be better than the vast majority of the other teams in the Europa League except for Liverpool.

At least not in this group H phase, because after all, their opponents are not too strong on matchday three. although in their two matches, Qarabag also achieved positive results with a score of 6 points. Liverpool aren't such a bad team that they can't challenge for both title this season. I think in the beginning it wasn't easy for Liverpool to motivate themselves to play all out in the Europa League because when you are used to play against all those big teams in Europe and have so many fans watching the games, it is euphorically different from the Europa League. But with every game they are now playing in this competition, I am sure that Klopp gets his team to appreciate the potential win of the trophy and get them hyped enough to make them want to win it. I expect a Liverpool that will now be lethal against inferior teams and I am looking forward to the harder games in the next round when some of the teams from the Champions League are relegated.

The comparison of the squads of the two teams is very disproportionate, Liverpool is superior to everything, even in terms of the team's mentality. So it's true as you say Toulouse needs a miracle to beat Liverpool. Moreover, Liverpool's motivation this season is to win the UEL league after failing to appear in the UCL.

If Jurgen Klopp can bring Liverpool to become UEL champions this season then Jurgen Klopp will win all the trophies with Liverpool because only the UEL trophy has never been won by Jurgen Klopp with Liverpool. With this motivation, I think Liverpool will aim for three points in all matches in the group so that they will be confident when they advance to the round of 16.

Im not even trying to take a conclusion coz liverpool has not yet faced strong team. I meant the club who placed at the third position in the UCL group stage will be going to the europa league. This is going to be the main match to know how good liverpool is.
Sometimes, this club is not even lucky enough to handle another team who degraded from UCL to the europa league. There have been so many possibilities for a strong club to appear.

We must also try to note that if there will be a strong club from group F of UCL. Liverpool might be favorite for now but it can also change later.

On paper FC Toulouse need a miracle to beat Liverpool at Anfield stadium, and hope that Jurgen Klopp squad plays a bad game so that it benefits them to get the three points. However, that is difficult to happen and of course not a good idea, it is very clear that Liverpool have better performance and sufficient squad depth to continue their third victory over Toulouse in the continuation of the Europa League group stage matches.

Liverpool has a big chance of qualifying as group E winners, and I think they deserve their status as the favorite team to win this competition. I also don't think Toulouse can create a surprise that results in the defeat of Salah and his friends, I think the score 2-0 for The Reds victory is quite suitable.

Very few teams are having good performance in this event until now with decline is quality and performance is surely hurting many teams which is good advantage for the Liverpool for having better things but as mentioned still we have few clubs which are doing impressive and have fair chance for the going through into last rounds with bang, and they could be challenging teams for the title against Liverpool as well.

Currently, Toulouse is having poor form in French Ligue 1 but their performance here in Europa Cup is much better with most chances they could be gone through for qualification matches as well because they have 4 points from the 2 games but now facing Liverpool is surely not ideal situation for them because they are best team in this event, and they could be done their best against them for having good result.
Difference of quality is big between these clubs and Liverpool is surely one of the teams which is favorite for the title as well, but Toulouse is surely needed to give their best which can give them something positive from this game.

In other game which is going to play in Belgium most chances Royale Union can do much better with they have better team and squad from LASK which is currently at the bottom of the group with poor result in first two games.

Take care man, Leverkusen is very irregular and you never know when theya re not gonna make the bad game, and for experience a lotof this big teams made bad games against weak teams in this competition, just see teams like Fiorentina Brighton Aston Villa in conference, losing against very little teams without so much sense.

I would still bet on Liverpool to win with 1.5 goals or more that way the odds may go up a little, Toulouse hasn't been the best in the Ligue 1, they are currently not in their best of form either, so far they have played nine games, won two lost two and drew five in the Ligue 1, which have kept them at the tenth position with eleven points on the Ligue 1 table, mean while as compared to Liverpool in the EPL who have a better results.

Just like Liverpool and Toulouse, Leverkusen is way better than qarabag, in the bundesliga, Leverkusen happens to be at the top of the bundesliga table with twenty two points having won several matches and lost only one and drew one to Bayern Munich which happens to be a better contender, I'm very sure qauranag wouldn't stand a chance with Leverkusen, because definitely after winning bigger teams in the bundesliga, this wouldn't any problem to them in the Europa as they are weak as compared to the bundesliga teams.
