Clubs no longer gives managers enough time to bring success to their club. They want instant success after they get hired but they won't get that as they keep firing their coaches. A new manager needs time and the Roma new manager will need time to adapt. The early wins shouldn't be taken a sign that the manager has understood how to coach the players to play well as it might just be coincidence. The Europa league starts soon and the fight for the title begins. There are many clubs that are looking like they have a chance of winning but we have to see the teams play first before deciding to pick sides. The first game starts in not more than 36hours time.

It is not promising enough for AS Roma to be able to get full points against Bilbao in the Europa League if the barometer we see is their performance in Serie A.
I believe that the Europa League is not the same competition as Serie A. It may be that in Serie A AS Roma's performance is far from what is desired, but when appearing in the Europa League it is the opposite. That's where a strong analysis is needed.

Bilbao is a strong team, that's right, but if Roma can play a strategy without making small mistakes, they can make Bilbao a weak team on the field.

I think Roma will find a new manager soon enough, maybe they will miss the first game or so, but they should be fine and they will get either a win or a loss but it doesn't matter since it's just one game and then they will find a manager that would lead the team and then it will decide on how it goes after that. Roma is being a little harsh on their managers, first Mourinho now De Rossi, I mean what type of squad are they giving these managers that they are shocked when the team doesn't do that great.

Looking at Roma's squad, sure they can be a little higher on standings but not like a huge margin so I can say that they are not a great team anyway, and if De Rossi stayed maybe he could have kept them a little higher as well, it's really a shame that they are being so decisive so quickly and I think they should be doing just fine, without worrying about any of this all that long. I believe that the best we can do right now would be just trying to see how many more games they will lose.

Yes, the players that Roma have bought they have bought with some thought and the risk that they have taken on themselves, there must be a reason behind it.  And Roma are stepping up their efforts and will really get the better of this threat.  So there must be a reason behind it, they have coached De Rossi and you know very well that they are prepare for a big and tough match.  And I hope so too and anyway Roma will perform well in the match and definitely win the match which they are trying to get.  I have seen a lot of teams make themselves capable when they want to win a match they need to, none stronger than them and Roma being one of them. If Roma had been good in every match, they would not have faced this threat today.  Well, if he has done it, then if he wins this match with full dedication and hard work, then he will definitely get victory in it.

The current odds are @2.00 for AS Roma and @3.90 for Bilbao and indeed, although AS Roma are still quite favored but that does not mean that this will be an easy match. Because it is true, that AS Roma and Bilbao are hardworking teams and when they are in good shape, then they will also manage to get good results. Therefore, I personally think that these two teams have a balance so that any result seems to be able to happen in this match.

But, because before that I still could not put high hopes on AS Roma because it has a new coach, then I will still be confident to choose Bilbao. Roma's victory over Udinese was a good debut for their new coach, Ivan Juric. a good start for Roma. but facing Bilbao in the Europa League is certainly not easy for Juric. they will play at home and that could be a support or even a pressure for Roma.

Bilbao is a strong enough team, I think they have a chance to qualify for the next round seeing the opponents Bilbao must face in 8 matches I don't think it will be too difficult for them. but, the situation can change.

Sometimes it's possible that playing against a certain team could be the difficult for a team and subsequently they get to play better against others because they have in a way found strength at that point but gradually, the wins Bilbao has gotten in the past few games should give them a morale boost normally as expected, but then they have a key play injured which could have been of help to them if he was in his best form ever, Roma hasn't been in a really good shape so if eventually they loose against Bilbao i think i wouldn't say it wasn't an expected because they aren't stable just yet but they have victory in their last game so their confidence at this point isn't really bad.

Most talked match in soccer community currently is Manchester United vs Twente with both are having first meeting and things are clearly favourable for the home team Manchester United despite having too many problems and other on and off the field issues things are going in Red Devil's favour for win and having good start of their campaign into UEFA Europa Cup on papers Manchester United is strong enough to beat Twente easily but still we can expect some drama which is now part of Manchester United's life.

Eric Ten Hag is now under pressure and things are surely not ideal for them to play and have good win with in case of any other result we can expect some good changes because now management and fans passion is out of the way, and they are not ready to give more time to current coach which is completely failed to bring positive changes even they are having good changes.

Athletic Bilbao are having a good run. After losing to Atletico Madrid, they got 3 consecutive wins, so they should have good morale going into the match against Roma. But there is something a bit unfortunate, Bilbao will most likely still be without Nico Williams who has not recovered from his injury (he also did not play in the match against Celta Vigo).

It might not be easy to play against Roma, especially since Roma will be playing at home. But Bilbao striker, seems to be on fire, and it looks like Guruzeta will score again.

We should not punish De Rossi with that criticism. Although I also do not really like it and already know that De Rossi is not suitable for Roma, but I think sometimes a team cannot improve its performance because all the players do not agree with the coach and it actually has a bad impact.
Looking at the first results when the team was under Ivan Juric's care, it had a positive impact with 1 win as you said.
But we will never know what the future of Roma will be this season with Ivan Juric, the most important thing right now is that Roma has a good start with a new coach and we just think positively and see his performance against Bilbao.

I  think  Athletic Club is favorite for this match. Athletic Club played very well in last match and they won the match on sided. In comparison, Roma team also played well  in last match. We will see good match because both team players are hard worker and they  will give their hundred percent to win this match. Every team want to win the title but Roma team players are more excited than any team players of  any club. The match will happen in Stadio Olimpico and we will see full match because any time match can be change and we could miss good moment of the match.

Could it be an intentional act by the players when the want a new coach? I don't know how this sounds but looking at patterns of occurrence, it gat me thinking in that direction, just before Mourinho left, they were terrible with their performance and results same happened few weeks into this season after de rossi have been seen as the savior who was supposed to get roma back to winning waay and achieve that which they probably have never achieved even before now. Maybe they some day get a coach that fits in to their expectations, as for the fixtures I would love to see what Roma is going to get without an actual head coach then their point can be proven clearly if rossi was their issue.

At times I'll forget and become confused and atimes I'll remember, but then we are getting used to it. I had to miss watching the champions league that was played on Thursday because I believed it was usual Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday for Europa League. Just few minutes ago, I was asking my brother about Europa and why it wasn't played on Thursday. He reminded me about the new format. Let's keep adapting to the new format.

I am interested in the Manchester United and Tottenham fixtures and their opponents seem easy for them to win. I will not entertain any kind of excuses from Manchester United manager if he refuses to win and score more than 3 goals in that match. Tottenham will win Qarabag for sure.

Yeah it is only about replacing your manager new and its psychological effect over the players. We don't know what Juric will do in the long term yet. We couldn't find out about it much when it comes to De Rossi either.    Because he got sacked very quickly. I don't know what Roma chairman is up to with changing managers very often. It isn't healthy like I said many times already.

When it comes to the fixtures, it has only been like this for the first week. As of the second one, it will be once again like the old format.

Champions League games on TUE and WED, Europa League - Conference League games on THU.  

Roma were finally able to get their first win of the season, previously Roma continued to lose points when facing teams whose quality was below them but the match against Udinese gave us a surprise with Roma winning its first 3 points as well as giving Udinese their first defeat of the season, maybe some people will find it funny but I think it is a common thing to happen after the change Coach, Roma's victory certainly makes their fans happy at the moment but they shouldn't have expected too much from the new coach, because last season De Rossi was able to bring Roma consecutive wins after replacing mourinho who was sacked, but in the end with the passage of time didn't Roma finally fall like today, then aren't we also too early to hope for Ivan Jurig at this time?

Last season de rossi was able to bring Roma to the semi-finals which was finally stopped by Leverkusen, so the presence of Ivan Jurig is of course expected to be able to bring Roma even better this season, Atletico Bilbao will be the first test for Ivan Jurig in the Europa League and let's see how good Roma is in the Europa League this season after their coach change does.

Why Roma management sacked Mourinho is a mystery to me. Mourinho is a very experienced young man. Funny? There's nothing funny about it truthfully. The same thing happened when. Jose Mourinho was sacked and Daniel De Rossi appointed as head coach. They played beautiful football, kept ball possession of the game as also had some levels of consistency and organization. It's expected of the newly appointed coach who landed the job to have immediate impact and it's good to see that, they've fell off a long time even with Jose Mourinho in charge and also despite winning the European Conference Cup Competition. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Fixtures for the European Europa League Competition. Was somehow confused when they brought about this new system but I'm beginning to love it. Vamos!

It's quite funny that after De Rossi left, Roma was able to get their first victory since this season started. It shows that De Rossi was the one who don't understand the players properly. No one can say if the sack of De Rossi will affect the performance of the players positively or negatively.

Let's see what will happen in their next match if they will be able to win it. I am not saying that they have improved but they might be surprising.

De Rossi's dismissal was unexpected and abrupt with no prior hints or information about it. This kind of sudden change can be destabilizing for both the team and the new players who were brought in for the new season. Also, if they had a replacement in mind, they probably would have announced it by now. Since they haven't, they must still be looking for a new head coach. It appears they're in a challenging situation of uncertainty and instability. Hopefully this gamble pays off and they find a coach who can really lead the team to its best form.

Ten Hag is a very confident person and he said it with many times that Ten Hag claimed that he is the right manager of Manchester United and he said too since Sir Alex Fergusen era was ended only him who can able to gets the trophies two times in a row so confidently Ten Hag says he would bringing Manchester United to performing well again so that's why he has no plan to withdraw from his position as a manager unless Manchester United owner has decide to sack him

Regarding the favourite in this competition people have already to discuss about this before and according to the odds Manchester United is the first favourite and following them there is Tottenham and AS Roma as the 2nd favourite and 3rd favourite but there is no guarantee being an the favourite will became an the champion because we all know Europa League is full of suprised and previously i have seen some of strong clubs were beated by weak clubs

Manchester United first opponent is Twente and on the paper this is easy match for them besides that Ten Hag previously was train Ajax so he know well the team from Eredivisie so he know too how to beat the team from this league too and in my opinion although Manchester United performance still not stable i think beating Twente is not hard task for them
