Inter it looks like it has a very easy game in this round against Ludogoretz.I think it also the strongest contender to win the Europa League this year.By checking each team that is playing in this round it is crystal clear that Inter is the strongest of all the teams.It would be a good bet to place for Inter to win the Europa League and the odd right now is decent.
It's time to bump this topic. Europa league playoffs begins and we have 16 games today. I still haven't decided which games I'm going to watch. It's really difficult to pick, because there is plenty of interesting games which is hard to predict.
I'm only going to bet on Inter win. Other games looks tricky. Maybe I will look in some goals under/over markets.

I am thinking of betting only on over markets, there is too much question marks on starting line ups for most favourites. You mentioned Inter, they will play without Brozovic and Skriniar for sure since they stayed in Italy. There are also rumours that Lukaku, De vrilj and Barella should get bench duty.
Maybe I'll wait for actual line ups before betting today.

Inter is a favorite in my opinion as well
However, I don't think that Salzburg can go far in the Europa League as there are stronger teams such as Man Utd or Ajax that can beat them in a knockout phase.
If you ask me,,, from the displays I watch Salzburg are much stronger than Manchester United. Salzburg had to fight with Napoli and Liverpool, who beat each other only by tight margins in the past few seasons.
Ajax are strong but they are very very inconsistent, and they are not as deadly as Salzburg in attack. Like Flaming says, they cannot even win at their own home ground!
Let's hope Ajax will find back there good form. Otherwise it will be a very hard game.
Ajax might or will defeat Getafe at Getafe home, but the problem for Ajax is can they win Getafe in Their own home, this season has been one of the season that Ajax fans cannot forget, their form has been down immensely Yep they got a lot of injuries last weeks. Let's hope that after the winter every player is fit.

Shakhtar performance in the Champions League was a big disappointment for me. The team that was seeded in the second basket of the Champions League was unseeded in the Europa League draw. I also think it will be an interesting game. All other games are in favor of the stronger team.

Anyone happy with the draw? I think the favorites have to be Inter Milan now or Salzburg. There were strong teams already in Europa for sure but these two performed so well in CL they were unlucky not to progress. The Scottish teams got lucky too I think, Braga and Kopenhagn are not so strong this season it seems.

I think Inter Milan are favourite for the Europa cup, I don't think that there is another strong opponents that will challenge them in the competition
I will like to see Inter Vs Manchester United in final, and Inter to win so that lukaku will treat the trash Luke Shaw posted about him when they were disqualified from the champions league

Inter will beat ludogrets and progress to the round of 16, for me it was a real shame they could not go farther in the UCL, but they have another shot at European cup glory, it may not be as prestigious as the UCL, but winning it would be great for this team. There are other good contenders as well, but inter is my favorite team to win the Europa league this season.Let's hope Ajax will find back there good form.
From champions league semi finalists to crashing out of the group stages the following season, thats the reason why the top teams always get credit for what they do, and that's consistency, Ajax couldn't keep up with what they achieved last season, they are yet to get the consistency needed to be in the KO stages of the UCL every season. I'll love to see an inter Vs Ajax final in this year's Europa league final though.

I think the strongest team is surely Inter Milan from what I am seeing here but it is not alone.Teams like Manchester United,Sevilla,Ajax,Valencia and Roma are just a bit lower in quality and are strong contenders too.I am happy with the draw as all the strong teams have easy games and this will make the final stages beautiful to watch.

Salzburg vs Frankfurt then Ajax vs Getafe, those are the fixtures that really caught my attention and I'd look forward to. Salzburg, despite being paired in the group of death still performed more than I expected, Ajax on the other hand blew their chances even though they're in pole position to make it through, I look forward to how both team will fare from here.

There is some good pairs in this round.
First is Shakhtar - Benfica. I give little advantage to Benfica, because Shakhtar will play during winter break when there is no games in their league and it can be important factor.
Wolves got Espanyol who is in the bottom of La Liga and played in weak group in Europa league.

Olympiacos vs Arsenal.
For other clubs I look at the game so I only chose 3 matches, maybe this is enough for me to be even more interesting.

Basaksehir match was unbelievable, I watched it with my friends here and we were losing all hope until the last second when they managed to pull a miracle at the last second. What many people don't know about Basaksehir is that the team is basically owned by the city, the head of the team is political member of the Istanbul congress and Istanbul congress runs the team like a business so whatever move they make is decided by them like it is decided on any city regarded issue.
So, not many people really like the team because for one they don't have a follower of their own considering it is owned by the city and usually everyone has their own favorites like Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Besiktas and so forth but also people feel like it is unfair that team is funded by the tax payers basically. However when they achieved this, EVERYONE was happy.

It was very unfortunate for Gladbach to get kicked out of Europa league in just a few minutes.
I don't like the way Basaksehir and I would like more Gladbach to stay on the tournament and not Basak. The Turkish team has a lot of old talents but nothing interesting in the football they are playing.
