That's what the European League is like, it's hard to predict. Even now it's only in the group stage, if you want to make a single bet. So look at their story in the domestic league, with that will be able to see a little whether they will play well in this European league or not.

I think it's the bigger teams who's place belongs in the champions league, but find themselves in the Europa league that play with lack of enthusiasm, it was really an issue in the past in this tournament, teams mostly even rested their players for their league games the following weekend.

I suspect that was why UEFA had to increase the price benefits, which includes an automatic qualification to the Uefa champions league the next season, a dream for most teams in the Europa league, as they hardly can ever make it through league qualification.
But in general, bets are unpredictable, be it in any footballing tournament, anything can happen.

Yeah I always have seen them not playing to their best support in these matches too.
Didnt you see the arsenal match where they sat off their top players and had them introduced later on in the match. But at this time they were up 3 goals in the first half anyways so why bother to put them in and have them risk getting injured?
And for what? This league play isnt as important to their home leagues like the premier league play for them.
I was more interested in the lazio vs rennes game.
They almost scored with a penalty kick right out side the box. I know it was a free kick but might as well have been it was a foot away from where they normally would. Embarrassed

So disappointing performance by the Red Devils.
After all those bad results I can assume that there are problems in the dressing room that Ole Gunnar Solkjaer cannot handle.
And this results to those negative results for MU.

I even feel that Man United is like a lower level club that can't do anything. There must be a problem, but I don't know whether it is from the dressing room or there are other problems. Man United appearances in the English league and European league are still below average as a big EPL club.

Coming from a Liverpool fan, I have no doubt you'll be having a go at United faithfuls, they no longer can raise their heads for now.
I also watched the game, and I understood how far united are from the true definition of what a big club should be, if they cannot go out on a night such as this and do the normal business, then questions should be asked.
This looks like their only chance of a trophy this season, and they look set to blow it away. I'll love to see if Solskjaer faces the axe if united do not make it past the group stages

I'm a city fan, and I'm also loving it, dunno who's the noisy neighbour now Cheesy

Normally i would say that Manchester United like every other team are in the process of rebuidling but this rebuilding has gone on for far too long since the departure of Ferguson, the appointment of Ed Woodward has been vert bad for the club since he seems to be wholly concerned about the financial aspect of the club and doesn't seem to care how they play on the pitch. I earlier said that they would be very lucky to get a draw because they dont have a single shot on target this whole game and it's the 87th minute.

I generally like betting in Europa too as it's been kind to me in recent times especially in qualifying! But after coming off with a great Dudelange upset, I'm sitting tonight out with a rather shy parlay on Basel and Porto to win away for over 5/1.

I like Rangers chances too, but they have had a huge problem scoring away so far.

Not getting good reception on any matches tonight. Very frustrating.

No doubt its all about the points, but united really need to show more determination and drive if they must win the Europa league, and if Solskjaer is wise enough, he'll make it their topmost priority, for me that's the only way they are making it to the Champions League next season, they surely will finish outside the top four

The lineup today doesnt look very strong so i dont know if united will be able to pull off the win away. Lets see how the youngsters perform tonight otherwise solskjaer will need to put up a strong squad in the subsequent games.

Arsenal are a very strong side at home. And score freely when in front of their fans. Their defense is still the major problem at the club. In order to boost their season they may need to get new players during the next window or find a way to make the partnership between their two center halves work.

Pay attention on today`s match in Moscow where CSKA will met Espanyol. These two teams are showing bright football with a lot of game scoring moments. So maybe that`s good time to bet some sum for total over.
Arsenal London will try to beat belgium Standart, but away team is quite strong in defence now, just two goals missed in 4 last matches. I don`t see a confident victory here from home team.

Manchester United don’t have quality strikers who can score more goals for them, their existing striker Rashford is out of form, Greenwood is just 17 years old and Martial is out injured. It’ll be a tough game for Manchester United as they’re playing on plastic pitch, and they’ll be keen to avoid more injuries to their squad. This game will either be a boring goalless draw, or only one or two goals maximum will be scored hence I feel one should be careful if gambling on this match.
