England @1.60
Norway @5.34

Obviously England is the favourite and the records recent matches for both of teams showed England and Norway has unbeatable for 6 matches in a row but head to head statistics records still belongs to England because they can win 5 times from 10 latest matches against Norway and as favourite status most of people will predict England win win and the odds is quite low but it is safe bet

Austria vs Northern Ireland tonight. I think Austria are a much better team and should be getting a win. Both the teams started their Euro campaign with a loss with Austria losing to a close game against England and losing 1-0 while Northern Ireland lost to Norway 4-1.

It is very disappointing unfortunately to see that this thread is not attracting enough activities as it should.

The French team  totally demolished the Italian side mostly in the first half with fast pace football, the team seems to comprise of many players with African descent. The French side had a good running to this competition in the qualification games being the only team to not concede a goal, it would have continued thus, but Martina Piemonte has ruined the record managing to score one back for Italy.

Big congratulations to Grace Geyoro for scoring a hattrick in this game, she has been on really good form and I will be looking forward to see how things turn out for her in this competition.

If you look at the bookmakers, Spain is the big favourite. But the differences with the rest of the countries are not very big. France is around 3.5 in odds, and the countries below that have about 5.0 to 8.0. The countries that are even lower have in principle no chance of becoming champions. The Netherlands is the reigning European champion, but Sweden managed to play 1-1 quite easily. I also thought that Sweden had the best football player in the world or was that a Norwegian one?

Insert ''Stopt, it's already dead'' meme. France is completely destroying Italy - 5:0 just after 1st half. It's scaryto think how much more they will score in 2nd half. I took France win at good odds, but it was difficult to see such big result coming.
Other today's game between Belgium and Iceland ended 1:1.
Tomorrow 2nd round game begins - Austria - N. Ireland and England - Norway.
Nice job! @LTU_btc, I really love watching women's football during some of their competitions, women do have interesting players to watch too as men do.

For the France Vs Italy game those France women are really hot ,that was a huge smash on the Italian team.
Then England - Norway , The English team will come out victoriously while for the Austria - N. Ireland I'm not in support of any team ,so any team can win in that game.

It's the group stage so far and not many matches have been played, but of the surprises so far I'm watching the Norwegian team. Although they have only played one match against a weak opponent. Usually women's teams don't differ much from men's teams in quality of play, so I think that here the favorites are Spain, Germany, Portugal, France and Italy.

I'll be checking in on this thread from time to time, there haven't been many replies so far, but perhaps people are afraid to admit they watch women's football. Tongue

why ? if my daughter also plays football i can also watch the european women's football championship .
i think some of the games so far have been really exciting and some very good and fast football has been played .
some of the games in the european league are much slower and more boring .
but generally women's football is not that interesting for this gambling section. people prefer to write about CL or other international leagues

today at 6 pm belgium plays against iceland and at 9 pm france against italy

I'm not afraid to admit that I watch women's football, but it's just too weird to me. Women make so much mistakes while playing this game. This is both hilarious and adorable to watch. It can be also really distracting, if you know what I mean. I can't wait to watch France vs. Italy today. This tournament seems totally unpredictable to me. The only thing I know is that Germany is supposed to be the big favorite for winning the trophy. I can't bet money on the outcomes, because I can't analyze how strong the teams actually are. I can't analyze their game, because their game looks like chaotic mess, but it's definitely fun to watch.

I'll be checking in on this thread from time to time, there haven't been many replies so far, but perhaps people are afraid to admit they watch women's football. Tongue   I've been following women's competitions for about 20 years and still recall Birgit Prinz and the German girls dominating the Euros in the late 1990s till the mid 2010s. Competitions are not as lopsided as they once were, as there are a lot of good teams now, it is difficult to determine who is the favorite and who is not...Netherlands, Spain, Germany, England, and Sweden are the teams that stand out imo.

I watch, and with great pleasure.
I'm passionate about football and women, and I'm also very far from being a sexist person.
so this combination is a perfect lure to keep me in front of the television watching.
Brazil, for example, has a very strong women's soccer team, it's amazing to see the level of soccer that a woman can achieve without the brutality of a men's game, the technique is much more evident.

Netherlands - Sweden game ended 1:1. I really enjoyed watching this game between two good level teams. Probably we won't see many such games in group stage where none of teams don't have any advantage against their opponents. Yesterday Germany left no chances for Denmark and beat them 4:0. I want to mention first goal which was scored after big Denmark defender mistake. But well, such mistakes happens in men football too Smiley.
Tomorrow we hardly predictable game between Belgium and Iceland and France - Italy. Sounds nice, but France is one of tournament favorites, unlike Italy.

Portugal will be meeting with Switzerland and imo, I think it will be a walk over for them. With five games behind them, it has been a struggle to win. Mauled 7-0 by Germany on the 24th of last month didn't seem enough for them as six days later, they go ahead to lose 4-0 to England. Their performance is not something Portugal should worry about and I'm expecting another goal harvest.
Your prediction wasn't right. Game ended 2:2 Despite poor recent results, Switzerland is a bit bigger power in women's football than Portugal. Though, Portugal today were more dangerous in attack.

a fantastic game of the german team yesterday against denmark. the danish women had no chance against the german team .
and alexandra popp could score a goal in her first game at a european championship.
the other goals were scored by Lina Magull,Lea Schüller and Lena Lattwein.

the favourites Spain defeated Finland 4:1 and Norway won 4:1 against Northern Ireland.

This women Uefa Euros is really good to win bets on goals. Especially when hard favorites like Germany,England,Spain… are playing.
Women football is getting more and more attention over the years . Didnt expect at all that there would be a huge attendence in the stands on this Euros

England won opening game against Austria 1:0. I expected easier England win, Austria gave good fight. On Thursday there is one game too - Norway - Northern Ireland. Norway isn't one of tournament favorites, but they're much better team on paer than N. Ireland. I think we can expect to see big result.

Germany used to be main powerhouse in Europe for almost 20 years, but it's godd that now we have more similar level teams than one leader. In general, women football made big steps forward. 20 years ago it was difficult to imagine that women football will be played in 70k crowds.

a fantastic game of the german team yesterday against Denmark. the danish women had no chance against the German team .
I expected goals from both end even if it was finally going to end with Germany winning. Considering that Denmark were in the finals of the last competition , I expected a fight at least from them. They may not get too far in this competition, Germany on the other hand may as well be on their way to increasing their number as the team that has won this competition the most.

alexandra popp could score a goal in her first game at a European championship.
Very happy that she finally scored a goal, injuries has always excluded her from this competition, I predict she will score another before the competition is over.

<...> I understand Spain being the favorite here, since Barcelona femini would have a host players within the squad and they are currently one of the best female teams in the world right now<...>

Looking at the tournament bracket Spain has to face either Norway or England in the QFs, a tough ask considering they have never made it past that stage of any major tournament so far in their history. The Dutch and Sweden have, imo, the easiest path to the finals....we will see though, anything can happen.

<...>As expected, Norway didn't had big problems against N. Ireland and won game 4:1<...>

I had the exact same bet as yesterday, it only took them 30mins, and it could have been 6 or 7 by the end of the first half:

By the way, big props to the English supporters for turning out in force at Old Trafford the other day, 70k...the atmosphere was incredible. I've never seen anything like it at a women's match before.

As expected, Norway didn't had big problems against N. Ireland and won game 4:1. Former Ballon d’Or winner Ada Hegerberg returned to the team after 5 years absence, ended game without goals, but made an assist. While for N. Ireland, even scoring a goal is good achievement.
2 games tomorrow - Spain - Finland and Germany - Denmark. Spain is heavy favorite, while second game might be interesting.

I had no idea that England has a very strong women team, I understand Spain being the favorite here, since Barcelona femini would have a host players within the squad and they are currently one of the best female teams in the world right now. I used to think Sweden female teams to would be a good one because I follow their Swedish women league quite often too.
England indeed have strong team and IMO, their domestic league now is strongest in Europe. But I think there is some ''It's coming home'' kind of hype around this team. Spain may be seriously affected by loss of Alexia Putellas, currently best female player in the world who got ACL injury during training. They also won't have Ballon d'Or runner-up Jenni Hermoso.

England were just able to dominate the game but couldn't win the game convincingly, I had the game Over 1.5 goals on a parlay which could have been running with a few fixtures from Copa Libertadores and Sudamericana to go.

Here is main favorites to win according to bookmakers:

But seriously, it seems that women's soccer continues to increase both in terms of the number of spectators and in terms of the performance shown.
In fact, I just saw some information saying that ticket sales have set a new record by spending half a million tickets for the inaugural match which means that the level of love for women's football is also quite the attraction here.
