Here are my picks for the UFC Fight Night Almeida vs. Lewis event
You chose the lowest odds in this event. I think, if you bet as a combo would be better and bring you more profit since if you lose guessing any match already is a loss.
For the main event too, you chose to not gamble on it it’s not enjoyable for me.
The odds are very close for the main event but I’m betting of Jiří Procházka even he has low odds.

The only issue for me is when is the main event will start on for instance gmt timing?

Yeah the Bones Jones fight was taken off awhile ago and they ended up bumping the Jiri Prochazka vs Alex Pereira fight to the Main Event and replacing the co-main event with Sergei Pavlovich vs Tom Aspinall.
Jones skinny legs cant handle his new muscle mass, that is why he got injured  Grin
I really like new main event but it is not easy to say who will win it, and I think odds changed from last time I saw them, Pereira is slight favorite to win this fight according to bookmakers.

Prelims are starting soon so better check out Sportsbet if you want to place some late bets:

@owengtam09 I like your selections for this UFC main event especially your comment on the Frevola fight because as everybody betting in this sport knowns, too much hype on a particular fighter can ruin your acca with getting one-legged very badly.
Where all the other favorites on your betslip wins except for that one fighter who was overhyped on winning their match.

Heavyweights next week, then another big fight the week after that. UFC 295.

Jon Jones versus Stipe Miocic at the main event Alex Pereira versus Jiri Prochazka on the co-main event. I got to get my hands on some money before that because I will be betting for Jones and I wish I could have the same result as I did in his last fight at UFC 285 against Ciryl Gane.
Also, I am rooting for Alex Pereira to win his match.
Very interesting fights, I like Alex Pereira a lot too. By the way, is Ciryl Gane natty? He is so tall and has so much muscle, I just can't believe that he is a natural, probably injects lots of oil (roids) in the ass. Wonder, why does UFC allow such a massive and visible steroid usage? Can't think of any designer drug because such a massive amount of muscle needs testosterone to be kept and testosterone is very detectable unless he injects base every day, which I doubt, because it would be a massive pain.

Here is the free fight of Jon Jones versus Alexander Gustafsson. UFC 165. Brings back a lot of memories.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=en4hR34Bl8w
One of the great fights that I consider in the light heavyweight division as Gustafsson gave Jones a tough time and he might be the only one who hit Jones more in his UFC career. Height and reach are almost identical, the speed and agility, and their skills too, I think that is why they are a great match at that time. I cannot even imagine how Gustafsson survived all the elbows he took in round 4. He definitely was the toughest opponent for Jones, and then the takedown defense and the hard chin too.  Grin
This is absolutely the best fight of Jon Jones, I like to watch it regularly because I see the performance of them on very high level and more importantly, this fight didn't end in a minute, lasted till the end of time. This fight was the toughest fight for Jon Jones, Gustafsson really almost won that fight.
I like this fight too, amazing performance: Khamzat Chimaev vs Gilbert Burns

Here are my picks for the UFC 295 Procházka vs. Pereira

Jiri Prochazka (2.01) VS Alex Pereira (1.81)

For me, this is going to be a close fight not like the Glover Texeira VS Jiri Prochazka close fight but it will be like that, and no doubt Alex Pereira will be a great deal with the standing for sure because Jiri Prochazka will have the advantage on the ground while Pereira will likely have those takedown defense which I really don't know if there would be a decent effect for Jiri's takedown and for me Jiri Prochazka will have the advantage on unpredictability those kicks and the stamina where he can surely make Pereira gas out on this fight for sure I have seen Pereira gassed out on his fight back then, so for my pick it is Jiri Prochazka,

Sergei Pavlovich (1.92) VS Tom Aspinall (1.89)

For this fight, it could be a fast ending fight but let's hope that Sergei Pavlovich will have the power and if he can time his punches this fight can be over, but Tom Aspinall has the speed and the technical advantage for sure the Speed of Aspinall is super incredibly fast for Pavlovich but he can never get wrong with Pavlovich's power, but the level of Jiu-Jitsu for Tom Aspinall is just amazing so for me my pick is Tom Aspinall,

Matt Frevola (2.90) VS Benoit Saint-Denis (1.42)

The hype for Benoit Saint-Denis is so huge for this fight and that is because of his wrestling but for sure Matt Frevola also has decent wrestling but I don't like Saint-Denis's striking for me is just good at wrestling but has a sloppy standing, while Matt Frevola has a great boxing so for this fight my pick is Mat Frevola,

Yes, heard about this fight being scheduled between Suga Show and Chito Vera.
But also heard about one which will be closer for us during UFC 297 which was announced recently.
Dricus Du Plessis vs Sean Strickland.

This one seems to be what everybody wants to see with the championship title on the line between these two UFC fighters who I don't think will disappoint when they face off in the octagon.

Well, we have many upcoming events for the UFC and I am pretty excited about the latest announcement even though the fight will be next year it is just tempting to see it getting attention and what you guys think about it, but yeah for sure the Dricus Du Plessis VS Sean Strickland will be a much-awaited fight as Sean Strickland is now the champion, and for me, Dricus Du Plessis can have a weapon against Sean Strickland which is the ground and grappling game, while Sean Strickland will now be dangerous in the stand-up because of his unpenetrable defense,

Big fights are incoming. I will be eyeing for that.
Here is what I found.
Quote
UFC’s first quarter schedule for 2024 is starting to take shape.

UFC CEO Dana White on Monday announced a trio of title bouts on social media for early 2024. First up, UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland defends his belt against Dricus du Plessis on January in Toronto at UFC 297. Then, UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski returns to 145 pounds to take on Ilia Topuria in February at UFC 298, and bantamweight king Sean O’Malley rematches Marlon Vera in March at UFC 299.

Sean and Suga Show are both exciting to watch, Dana White would want to give these guys more fights to gain more audience.

It's still way far but time passes so fast and on Saturday will be witnessing Alex Pereira one more time at UFC 295.
Pereira is a slight favorite. @1.73 Jiri Prochazka @1.99
Waiting for the other lines to come out, especially the knockout and submission odds. Maybe tomorrow it will show up. I am rooting for Pereira here not just because he is the favorite but because we have seen him fight and he can definitely win.
Anyway, it's sad that we won't be seeing Jon Jones perform due to his surgery for a torn pectoral tendon. It could've been a blast if both the co-main event and the main event will happen.

Excited about these big fights but we still are getting some Fight Nights in the middle of those big fights so it will be a long wait for sure, as you have said time passes so fast that sometimes we are not aware that it has already time for that big event that we are waiting, for me just chill up and also enjoy the Fight Nights because you will never know if there will be a new prospect for us that we sometimes missed and didn't seen their debut fight for the UFC, some details like this are really great of an opportunity,

Jan Błachowicz is surely a hard fight but Alex Pereira has managed to win against him While Israel Adesanya didn't do so great against him that Alex Pereira did great, actually, I really think that the Era of Israel Adesanya is already over many have gotten inside his head that he supposed to clear and he is not really making any progress as Alex Pereira is a very focus guy for sure, while Jon Jones will need to recover but we are getting a much Juicier to fight in my opinion, Tom Aspinal and Sergei Pavlovich is a great call for the UFC,

The Picture looks like Jiri Prochazka And Alex Pereira but not quite, it was an amazing offer for Sportsbet to have this kind of Promotion, and for sure many will likely place their bets on it,

And Speaking of the latest event for the UFC Jiri Prochazka VS Alex Pereira this is an interesting one as it is kind of hard to predict who's going to win but for me, I really like the Samurai Jiri Prochazka because he just has so many options to take for this fight, and for me, he will definitely going to adjust to the situations for this fight,

Now going to tackle an event that is far next year and it might be on March 09, 2024, I am talking about UFC 299 where Sean O'Malley will be having a rematch with Marlon "Chito" Vera and I think this is going to be an interesting fight and because the champion Sean O'Malley wants this rematch he will be getting it for sure, and another one there is a more complicated thing that happens in this Bantamweight division and that is the buddy problem because Merab Dvalishvili don't want to fight Aljamain Sterling and Sterling feels the same the UFC might give them other option, it should be Merab Dvalishvili VS Sean O'Malley and Aljamain Sterling will be facing Marlon Vera instead but because the 2 will be having a rematch and the buddy thing is a problem with Merab and Aljo, then Merab Dvalishvili will be fighting Henry Cejud instead and Aljamain Sterling will be fighting Max Halloway, for sure that will be an interesting fight for sure,

The results for my bet on UFC Fight Night: Almeida vs. Lewis And the results were really interesting and sure if this fighters would have another fight we can surely know who's going to bet,

Jailton Almeida VS Derrick Lewis ROUND 5 DECISION - WIN

It was a total Domination for Jailton Almeida on the ground, for sure the fight had many percentage on the ground than in the stand-up the speed and quickness of Jailton Almeida is a problem to some of the Heavyweight in the division for sure, and for Derrick Lewis he is getting a hard time with Jailton Almeida's takedowns and clinching, but my issue with Derrick Lewis while he was leaning on the floor he is not doing something while Jailton Almeida he can not takeout Derrick Lewis easily I really don't know why maybe because of his height but for sure if Almeida can have some issues like this I think he can never defeat Tom Aspinal in my opinion,

Gabriel Bonfim VS Nicolas Dalby ROUND 2 KO/TKO - LOST

Shocking indeed, how a Viking defeated Gabriel Bonfim and it was an upset for sure how Bonfim got defeated by Dalby was really epic, for sure many have doubted Nicolas Dalby for sure but this Viking dude has proven that he is the guy that can land the harder strike than Gabriel Bonfim and I was really get in the hype train for Bonfim for sure,

Caio Borralho VS Abus Magomedov ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN

Caio Borralho was amazing and for sure I need to take Sean Strickland for this because I think he exposed Abus Magomedov before this fight, and because Magomedov has proven that he is not that technical of a guy for Caio Borralho to be very dominant with his striking and even in the ground for sure that a lot of Dagestan fighter was pretty much well known Abus Magomedov really lack that,

Shockingly Nicolas Dalby beat Gabriel Bonfim to be the first to beat the 15 wins and tarnish his flawless record.
Can't believe he lost and from the odds @owengtam09 posted on him, neither did anybody else.

Saw somebody actually put a sizeable amount on an Almeida win by decision @20.00x and that did go the full five rounds with Jailton winning.
There were several opportunities for him to finish Lewis with so much groundtime by the end of the fight you would think he could of submitted or ground and pound him to an early win but it wasn't going to happening.

I think the majority of the Brazilian fighters won for this fight night as I only had to time to watch about three bouts in the main event.

Caio Borralho against Abus where the current champion Strickland started his run to the title was a nice win and the post fight interview in the octagon was a highlight of the night. Never heard of his affiliation to this camp before:
Caio Borralho Octagon Interview | UFC São Paulo
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jm4lZ-Q5yg4

Yup! It was really an upset for sure Nicolas Dalby managed to takedown Gabriel Bonfim which is really Amazing for sure Gabriel Bonfim really has power with his strike, and from the odds if many have gone and bet for Gabriel Bonfim surely are lucky,

For sure that person is sure that Jailton Almeida will win this for getting a large amount on him, that is a huge amount for sure,

Now here is the result of my picks,

Jailton Almeida (1.20) VS Derrick Lewis (4.70) - WIN

For sure Derrick Lewis has a great weakness with wrestling and that is shown in this fight for Lewis is struggling against Jailton Almeida the only thing that I am concerned about is was Jailton Almeida didn't finish Lewis in this fight and maybe he can not because Derrick Lewis for sure is really sturdy as well, but the speed of Jailton Almeida is really incredible in this fight,

Gabriel Bonfim (1.16) VS Nicolas Dalby (5.20) - LOST

Now this fight is really quite shocking because Gabriel Bonfim is a huge favorite going into this game, and many are really saying that Gabriel Bonfim will win this easily but Nicolas Dalby has managed not only to win this fight but dominantly destroy Nicolas Dalby, by getting Bonfim down and punching Gabriel Bonfim for the KO win, that many are not really expecting,

Rodrigo Nascimento (1.52) VS Don'Tale Mayes (2.55) - WIN

Even though Rodrigo Nascimento broke his wrist in this fight he still won the fight this fight was a brawl but It is pretty much clear who was the dominant one in this fight for sure Rodrigo Nascimento was on striking and it could be a close match but for sure Nascimento is a different, fighter for sure,

My bet and prediction for the event UFC Fight Night: Almeida vs. Lewis,

Jailton Almeida VS Derrick Lewis

The odds for this fight are 1.20 for Almeida and 4.70 for Lewis for this fight Derrick Lewis can surely put Almeida to sleep with just 1 shot, and if he does a takedown if Lewis can time it correctly he can follow up with a knee, but if Jailton Almeida can be faster than Lewis we can see a Derrick Lewis struggling in the ground with Jailton Almeida, because Derrick Lewis is not a technical fighter so this will be a win for Almeida in my opinion so for sure I will be going with Jailton Almeida,

Gabriel Bonfim VS Nicolas Dalby

The odds for this fight are 1.16 for Bonfim and 5.20 for Dalby for this fight Nicolas Dalby isn't that smooth but for sure this fight will be a close one for sure for Gabriel Bonfim has good striking and great grappling he can use when striking is pretty much not in favor for him, and because Gabriel Bonfim is more well-rounded than Nicolas Dalby my bet is for Gabriel Bonfim,

Caio Borralho VS Abus Magomedov

The odds for this fight are 1.34 for Borralho and 3.30 for Magomedov, For this fight Abus Magomedov has an upset against Sean Strickland, and for sure Strickland exposed Abus Magomedov in their recent right for sure Abus Magomedov is a great fighter he got the striking for sure but for me, Magomedov is not that fast but for sure Caio Borrailho is much faster than Magomedov, for me Caio Borrailho wrestling for me is much superior than Magomedov,

Here are my picks for the UFC Fight Night Almeida vs. Lewis event

Jailton Almeida (1.20) VS Derrick Lewis (4.70)

Many have thought that Derrick Lewis could not make the fight because he was arrested for speeding, but I think his strength will not be too depleted because of that, Almeida is sloppy shooting a takedown so there is still a possibility for Derrick Lewis to take that chance to TKO Almeida but I guess Jailton Almeida can quickly shoot a takedown and take Lewis on the ground fast enough, so it is clear on who is my pick and that is Jailton Almeida

Gabriel Bonfim (1.16) VS Nicolas Dalby (5.20)

For me, Gabriel Bonfim had great striking he could finish his opponent with his strike but when his stand-up gets complicated his grappling is not just a walk in the part, while Nicolas Dalby might have a great record he was briefly taken to the ground as well for sure Gabriel Bonfim can easily defeat Dalby for sure so my pick is Gabriel Bonfim,

Rodrigo Nascimento (1.52) VS Don'Tale Mayes (2.55)

Rodrigo Nascimento has already beaten Don'Tale Mayes in this fight  Don'Tale Mayes has the reach advantage and has power in his punch but for this fight Rodrigo Nascimento  is well-rounded he had great boxing combination and could also get the fight to the ground just like their 1st fight so for me there is really nothing that will be changing on the outcome of the fight so for sure Rodrigo Nascimento will still win this fight for sure so my pick is Rodrigo Nascimento ,

Jones wasn't very effective until he landed the spinning elbow in the later rounds. This is a fight to actually look at that Jon can be defeated but this is in the early stages of his UFC career and the longer he stays in the industry the better he learns. If he is to fight someone with Gustafson's reach and fast hands, Jones may be able to weather it already and can find a way to eventually take down. I don't see Miocic can KO or hit a big shot to Jones.

Not yet gotten over by Volk's KO, there has to be another spectacular KO in 195. I'm going for Pereira, Sabatini, and Mackenzie.

For sure Jon Jones is a different build fighter than Stipe Miocic so for this fight, if it was not canceled I would surely go with Jon Jones for sure because I have gone with Cyril Gane on his 1st fight with the UFC I have never expected that Jon Jones will be winning against Cyril Gane, but if Stipe Miocic fight Jon Jones I really think that he will never be going to have a chance winning against Jones and all Stipe Miocic wants are the money for sure,

But we are having a great fight next as the fight was changed to a juicier event, of Tom Aspinal VS Sergei Pavlovich for me is a much-awaited fight for sure,

This was a very controversial call to the second fight made by the very same fight doctor who made the same conclusion about the Basharat fight.
Here is the video of Johnny Walker explaining what happened and what he heard from the doctor at that pivotal moment which ended the fight being a no contest. This was certainly the wrong call to make as english is not the first language of Walker nor the doctor according to him as he had a heavy accent. So of course it would be hard for him to understand exactly what he was asking him in a loud arena.

Johnny Walker Explains Controversial UFC 294 No-Contest: 'I Was Losing My Mind' | The MMA Hour
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqaodnopQ2E

Aljo won the title this way from Petr Yan and look where he is now after this rule ruined his career in the UFC.
Why wasn't he given 5 minutes since taking an illegial blow under the belt would but not to the head?
It certainly doesn't make any sense whatsoever and so you are correct.

I was really frustrated by the result of that fight and because it was the wrong call of the referee and the doctor I was sure it was their fault that I didn't get a win or a loss for that fight if Magomed Ankalaev had won Then all of my bet wins and if Johnny Walker could also win this which has some possibility then I will still be OK even if I lost but getting an exciting fight into a no contest is really frustrating,

Derrick Lewis got arrested for speeding in his Lamborgini after driving 136 mph or almost 220 kmh in 50 mph zone  Shocked
This could result in main event being changed, as they have to travel to  Sao Paulo, Brazil, but even if he goes to Brazil this will have bad affect on him for sure.
UFC didnt post any official announcement about this, but expect to hear something soon.

For sure the fight will continue because Derrick Lewis was out and was in his initial interview with the press, hilariously saying that the arrest was not him because the arrested has black hair and he is bald and has no hair, for sure it was really Hilarious and the interviewer didn't really get what he is trying to say but if you look at the arrest records the Driver has indicated that his Hair was Black, here is the image

here is the individual interview for the fighters,
