got it working. installed it on a different server and its fine. so no ideas what the problem was, but would be interested to know if anyone has an idea

deleted blockchain peers etc and redownloaded, that diddnt work, so did the same this time connecting directly to my qt client which is upto 198547. but same thing wont go past 171905

alcurEx site is working again.
Surprisingly, The UFOcoin trading is close to zero there. The last trading was probably one month ago. I do not expect to go back trading until I've got my coins back from C-Cex.
