Outcast, I really appreciate this group buy and what you do for us.
Can you tell us how the p+p is worked out, I think uk special delivery is insured up to 500gbp and is very competitive for those of us who don't order in such high volume?

This is from memory but when I worked it out... 0.21 btc was about £12
To begin with I have to pay yxt to receive the package, fully insured etc etc, some of your btc goes towards this.
To make things a bit easier for myself all previous group buys where all shipped with £1000 insurance, i didn't fancy standing in the queue trying to remember what to insure everything for. They was sent by special delivery, next day by 1:00pm. I think thats about £8. then there is the cost of the packaging.
Then on top of all of this there is the fees to convert the BTC to GBP as well as the fees to withdraw the GBP.
Finally there's a little bit added to the price to account for the price fluctuation.
Hope that helps.
*Edit* for the next group buy, as the units are cheaper i''ll probably choose the lower insurance option and will of course pass the savings on

I see others are priced at .45 and .5 BTC, how come this one is so much more?
I said "roughly 0.60 btc"as that's what the unoffical annoucment stated, I didn't say it would be exactly that. I'm still waiting for clarification, keep calm and wait for an update, I will give you all the best price I can get from yxt/friedcat.

once you ordered a 1000's units from friedcat the cost of the 1000 and all future orders are reduced, my guess is .44 per miner

The next group buy will run at roughly 0.60btc per unit.
And for every unit purchased at 0.99+ btc previously, you will be able to purchase another at 0.10 btc.
