In terms of the quests to receive free prizes, it will be a available for all.
However, i plan on making a weekly private freeroll tournament for bitcointalk members only with password enabled

Bitcointalk freerolls will be announced on the ‘games and rounds’ thread with the passwords given 2 hours before tournament starts.

However if you have ideas, things you’d like to see included we can definitely try to accommodate the forum.

If there are serious poker players that would like to help us beta-test the software, we can arrange some kind of small bonus to 10-20 members.

On top of the security protocols in place to remove player collusion using advanced software, we will be opening a “Community Security Assistance” group upon launch for users to cooperate with Ultimate Poker support.

We believe with a joint cooperation with players we can overcome any major breach to security issues.

Because you posted that Ultimate Poker has "✅No registration.✅ No Download. ✅No Passwords. ✅No Passport", how are the users assured that there's not going to be collusions between players in the poker tables? Plus in poker tournaments, how are admins making sure that players are not chip-dumping to other players?
