The correct price should be between 0.55-0.75 per UNAT. His loss, not mine.

It's working fine. Needs to adjust down to 8 seconds.
The code is correct. The difficulty only moves 400% either up or down every adjustment. This was done to avoid forks from miners during the transition. If we went to 8 second blocks immediately, it would've been fork city
