Hard Fork Change Log

Target block time is now 8 seconds after block 52, down from 2.5 hours

Block Reward has been decreased to 0.16 UNAT per block, down from 200

Difficulty now readjusts every 4 blocks, up from 2

The daily mining yield remains unchanged. Roughly 1920 UNAT is the target mining reward across the entire network, both pre and post fork

The ratio of networkseconds:UNAT per day remains unchanged

Updated seednodes.  No longer need to manually add nodes

New icons and logos. The QT will appear aesthetically softer

6 confirmations now take only 48 seconds, down from 128 days /joke

Network hashrate now available in Windows and OSX via getnetworkhashps

Network hashrate based on the last 5 blocks, down from 120

wallet.dat and other files are now stored in the standard Roaming path. Backup, then move, wallet.dat and blocks to Roaming/unattainium

Windows users:

Please backup, then copy, wallet.dat from the previous location, and paste it into Roaming/unattainium

Windows users (or OSX and Linux users who have not previously downloaded the client):

Also download and extract these files into your Roaming folder to ensure proper network synchronization. You must manually move the first 50 blocks into the folder or the client will never sync
These first 50 blocks will act as a hard checkpoint due to a blazing 8 second block time, reducing the vulnerability to forks and network attacks, should they occur, as well as acting as the public ledger to verify the fair, premine free, NO IPO launch of Unattainium
