If you want to become more familiar with Electrum and try different procedures, I suggest to use Testnet bitcoins. On Linux you can invoke Electrum in Testnet mode with the command line option "--testnet" (should be similar for Windows or MacOS).

You can get free Testnet bitcoins at https://testnet.coinfaucet.eu easily and enough to play around with. It's a kind and good move to return Testnet bitcoins to the faucet after you don't need them anymore.

I see, that's the reason why you missed my reply in the first page regarding that exact procedure.

Do I say was much in hurry to get back my fund and wasn't that settled in my mind to digest everything you had said earlier, I think it was from yesterday I came to my normal senses to be able to follow instruction bit by bit ( have been go through alot all these while). Anyway, I just clicked and I noticed it was same thing that he explained you did explained there as well, but I will say he threw more light to me so it was that easy to follow his guideline till the end.

Nevertheless, I got my fund confirmed so easily and I have also added this lesson to my wisdom bank and if there will be any future case I can easily handle it, even as that I will keep exploring Electrum wallet to get more familiarized with it.

Thank you all and to everyone who contributed to get my fund confirmed quickly.

Now try to broadcast that copied raw txn to a blockexplorer/node that supports full-rbf, try in https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/
It's great that blockcypher's node supports full RBF. I didn't know that.
I'm not actually sure that they support it,
it's just that I observed that unconfirmed replacement transactions of non-rbf flagged transactions are available in their blockexplorer while it's not available on others.
That's why it's the only blockexplorer I suggested OP to use in that specific instructions; if he needed to use full-rbf and shared the raw txn, I could've broadcasted it to my node as well.

@nc50lc  hosseinimr93 just hold on, I have to take it bit by bit as I am not that good with the Electrum wallet..
I see, that's the reason why you missed my reply in the first page regarding that exact procedure.

I think since on 14 August I have been struggling to have my funds confirmed and delivered to my Binance account but it couldn't delivered for the past 2 weeks plus even for the transaction to reversed back to my wallet was impossible
By default, transactions are dropped from the mempool, if they stay unconfirmed for 14 days.
Nodes can have a different setting, but most of them use the default setting and your transaction should have been dropped from the mempool of most nodes after 14 days.
Nodes still had your transaction in their mempool even after 14 days, because your transaction was rebroadcasted on August 27.

I am being heart broken for not rewarding you for your time and energy, basically I have lost hope of this fund I never knew it would get back to me and, you help me to restore back my funds and you declined my little reward to you sir ?
SmartGold01, you never lose your bitcoin just because a transaction stays unconfirmed.
An unconfirmed transaction isn't at the blockchain at all. Nodes have unconfirmed transactions in their mempool and sooner or later those unconfirmed transactions will leave their mempool.
Unconfirmed transactions will be confirmed and added to the blockchain or will be dropped from the mempool due to the node reaching its maximum mempool size or staying unconfirmed for a certain period of time.

I think since on 14 August I have been struggling to have my funds confirmed and delivered to my Binance account but it couldn't delivered for the past 2 weeks plus even for the transaction to reversed back to my wallet was impossible and all this made me lose hope, although I knew that it may took weeks just as few people already said to allow it spent weeks then I might likely get funds reversed. But yesterday made it 14 days plus I sent out coin but luckily today I just have to settle my mind and follow your instructions and today my coin is delivered to me..

My balance is back.. So what next sir?
Right click on the local transaction and select "Remove".
After that, go to "Send" tab and make your transaction again. With more fee this time.

For making the new transaction, enter the address you want to send the fund to in "Pay to" field.
Click on "Max" or enter the value you want to send in "Amount" field.
Click on "Pay".

In the new window, click on "Setting" button at top right corner of the window and check "Edit fees manually".

Enter the fee rate you want to use for your transaction in "Mining fee" field.
Set it to at least 8 sat/vbyte. If you want your transaction to be confirmed fast, set it to around 13 sat/vbyte.

Okay I have chosen 20 sat/byte for faster confirmation..
I will send you pm, please don't be mad at me if you receive a message from me.

Deposit confirmed on my binance..

I just signed in to my Electrum wallet and still remain unconfirmed and is not in local..
Did you try connecting to other servers?
Click on the green circle at bottom right corner of the window. Right click on one of the servers under "Connected nodes" and then select "Use as server".

If the transaction status has changed to "Local", right click on it and select "Remove".
If the transaction status is still "Unconfirmed", click on the green circle and try another server this time.

Look at the following image. I created a watch-only wallet using your address on electrum.
As you can see, that unconfirmed transaction is not shown and the balance is 0.002125 BTC.

I just did and it changes to Local as you said, I connected another server...

Edit..

Good!
My balance is back.. So what next sir?
I removed the Local and my balance came back

@hosseinimr93 are you there please reply what next to do now..

SmartGold01, according to mempool.space, the purging fee rate is now around 5.9 sat/vbyte.
If you check your wallet now, there's a big probability that your transaction status has changed to "Local". If that's the case, you can simply remove it and broadcast a new transaction in electrum itself and without any need to use blockcypher service.
If your transaction status hasn't changed to "local", try connecting to different servers.

@SmartGold01 Can you try this?
This will enable you to create a replacement without waiting for it to get dropped, you can try to broadcast it to a couple of nodes.
Bitcoin nodes with full-rbf will still accept it.

  • 1. Turn-off your internet so that it wont sync.
  • 2. Manually flag to remove the unconfirmed transaction from your electrum wallet by using the console command below;
Open the console (View->Show Console): wallet.adb.remove_transaction("d5f80b303486f616dc02df5413520b43543b725246161c520816e51aa1f4ebf3")
  • 3. Restart Electrum and the transaction should be removed from your history (only in your Electrum),
while it's like that, create a raw transaction: Add the recipient in "Pay to", optional description and "Amount" (max), then click "Pay..."
In the 'Pay' preview, set a fee rate that is enough to get it mined in the next block (ETA/mempool fee sliders wont work while offline), then click "Preview".
  • In the transaction preview, Click "Sign" (type your password if asked); then click "Add to History" to save it locally.
  • To export the Signed Raw Transaction, click "Share->Copy to Clipboard" and paste it to a text file.
  • Now try to broadcast that copied raw txn to a blockexplorer/node that supports full-rbf, try in https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/

You can also ask us to try to broadcast it by pasting the signed raw transaction inside

tags.
Since you already shared the original transaction, sharing the replacement wont pose additional privacy issue.

I just checked the transaction in some block explorers.
mempool.space and blockchain.com have received the transaction around 2 weeks ago. blockchair.com and blockcypher.com have last seen the transaction around 7 hours ago.

I am not sure, maybe trustwallet rebroadcasts unconfirmed transactions automatically.
SmartGold01, if trustwallet does so, your transaction will stay in the mempool of nodes, until the network becomes less congested and miners include transaction paying 5 sat/vbyte. This will probably take a very long time.
I recommend you to delete your wallet from trustwallet and only use electrum or at least don't open trustwallet.
As already said, most nodes drop transactions from their mempool 14 days after they receive it and after that you will be able to make a new transaction. This won't happen if your transaction is rebroadcasted again and again.

Before deleting your wallet from trustwallet, make sure you have backed up the seed phrase and you can recover the wallet.

I believe this is at a very higher probability to get confirmed on time right?
It would have been if the nodes accepted it and propagated it, but that's not the case. I see no signs of a new transaction on Mempool.space for that address you mentioned. The last one remains the 5.03 sat/vByte you attempted to send 2 weeks ago.
Besides, the purging rate according to Mempool.space is currently 4.01 sat/vByte. Since you are paying 5.03, I doubt you will find an Electrum node that has dropped your transaction and allows you to cancel it in the app as a local transaction.

I think your best bet is to wait for the new business week to start and hope that the purging rate goes above your 5.03 sat/vByte soon. After that, listen to nc50lc's advice and look for an Electrum server that allows you to cancel the old transaction. After that, broadcast a new one paying higher fees.

As we speak, the purging fee rate recovered below 5sat/vB, but it wont stay like that.
That's only for default nodes, mine for example has that set to twice as much, and even during the spam wave it was kicking out only below 2 sat/b, every major not hobby or personal node will still keep his tx for a while that's why it' still alive even now.
Yes, that's what I've been pointing out in my other replies here, the previous one before that quote for example.
In that particular post, I'm talking about mempool.space's "purging fee rate" which is based from the default that I suggested OP to monitor.

-edit-
As expected, your old 5sat/vB transaction reappeared in that link.
Yeah I just  noticed it after haven to check back again, and I don't really know what is happening.. I made transfer from trust again with about 19 sats/byte as fee, but has not generated transaction txt, wait.. does it mean the appearance of the old transaction was the reason I couldn't have the txt for the recent transfer I made?
Like I've said, it didn't propagated since it's still in the mempools of most nodes due to it being rebroadcasted to them since its fee rate made it through their minimum.
If you were about a few hours earlier when it's dropped from the majority, you could've sent one that should be mined within the next block.

..
Edit
here balance: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/bc1qv5ewv4z2q62lkyxcszkw43kp3842xyup92mwh2
So I have initiated another transfer currently.

This is getting confusing so please bear with me
1) on the 14th you sent this one
https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/transactions/btc/d5f80b303486f616dc02df5413520b43543b725246161c520816e51aa1f4ebf3
5sat/b that never confirmed andis not RBF

2) on the 21st you sent this one:
https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/transactions/btc/93404d7099a55089413c5ca68a69e2d5bf02c23e9680216761bbaff2e284b75a
same funding address, same receiving address, you paid 20.1 sat/vB and enabled RBF

3) did you try to send another tx to replace the first one or is it just a plan and you have never been able to as your balance is still zero?
What ID does this one have?

As we speak, the purging fee rate recovered below 5sat/vB, but it wont stay like that.

Checking from Electrum wallet it's still showing pending (unconfirmed) and my balance still remains zero viewing my wallet from electrum wallet.
The node (server) you are connected to still has your old transaction it its mempool. Try to manually switch through some of the other servers in the settings > network options. Maybe you will find one that has dropped it and moved it to a local transaction that you can then cancel. If done successfully, you could then create and broadcast a transaction paying more fees.

I have tried to change it but I couldn't find that option you mentioned from end here, I am using the updated version..
Electrum 4.4.5

This means since is showing unconfirmed on Electrum I have to make retransfer with trustwallet maybe I would increase the fee to be able to confirm as quickly as possible.
Trust Wallet created the issues in the first place because the transaction was sent without the RBF feature. If you want to try again with Trust Wallet, I would suggest the high priority fees according to Mempool.space or even one digit above.

Yeah, I do increased my network Fee (Sats/byte) to 19, meanwhile the previous transaction that took days was 5 Sats/byte.
I believe this is at a very higher probability to get confirmed on time right?
Still used same trustwallet for the transfer since I couldn't locate the option given to me..

Edit..
