On the issue of anonymous currency, I want to say that the government hates anonymous currency, but many successful people like to evade laws and regulations. I think they will like cryptocurrencies like this. In this society, there are many good businessmen and many businessmen who like tax evasion. It can be said that governments should use their own means to combat anonymous currencies, but eliminating anonymous cryptocurrencies is very difficult. After all, there are still people in society who like this cryptocurrency.
Called anonymous coins, the ability to evade and limit communication with the government is too high, besides, it is not created by the government, almost all advantages belong to users and those who want to earn higher income from tax evasion, so even though the government may hate it but they have almost no means to completely eliminate this opponent. While this competitor is constantly evolving, and this development may not be public but the future can be determined quite well when supporters are constantly growing.

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! According to the current situation, cryptocurrencies are about to be brought under government supervision. Do you think that anonymous coins have a future in this case? How should we choose, thank you for your proposal
Government won't be able to bring all crypto currencies under their control. All they can do is force people to use it under their regulation. Even if people don't follow their regulation how is the government going to stop them? How will they keep track of those who are breaking their rules? Was the government able to remove pirating through p2p torrenting ? Nope. All they are able to do is take down those torrent site but people are still being able to connect with other users and continue pirating.
On other hand, how exactly is the government able to bring anonymous coins under supervision if they can't even know who is transacting in the first place?

Governments seriously doesn't know what they're talking about i mean they're trying to supervise an anonymous coin that's most likely secured from any tracking by anyone that's why its anonymous. This is why we should have coins free from control of any centralized government or monetary system, we should have the right to use our own money anytime we want or anyway we want.

With regards to anonymous coins, once a cryptocurrency is regulated, I do not think that it has a future in the public market since government wanted to trace everything and anonymous plays the exact opposite of that.  They (anonymous coins) do have a future on the black market though.

If the cryptocurrencies will have a massive adaption, the anonymous coins got no chance in the future. The authorities will sure stop those anonymous coins because it will become a reason for the criminals to continue their activities because they will have confidence to do illegal things as they cannot be trace by the cops or any authorities. We don't need anonymous coins, we need a coin that has a real use and application in the real world.

How about we start with the very first coin that us anonymous such as Bitcoin. This coin has proven to be anonymously developed by Satoshi but his identity were not divuldge in the pyblic cause the word Satoshi is just an alias. So I can see a good future even the developer of a certain project is anonymous. By the way, crypto has not yet been regulated ever since.

If government can fully control cryptocurrencies why are they trying to build their own digital currencies? Why is china and central bank aiming for separate coin for their people? Of course they have no control here, bitcoin is decentralized and so are many coins, anonymous coins are designed not to be tampered with or control, that is a good real use case don't you think?
Governments just want to use technology, they have a hard time controlling decentralized currencies
Do you have any evidence that the government will control cryptocurrencies?
As far as I know from the very first days when cryptocurrencies appeared on the market, governments wanted to control it but they didn't succeed. Cryptocurrency users are ubiquitous in the world and there is no government that can control them.
you are right. They have no control, so they figure out ways to ban cryptocurrency transactions
I think the government doesn't ban cryptocurrencies, they just ban the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.
A friend of mine in China said that he could still buy and own cryptocurrency, but he would break the law if he used it to pay for any kind of item.

A decentralized cryptocurrency and government regulation do not always mix well. Though almost impossible, there is still a chance that both can coexist without harming the other. It will be a difficult and long debate in how resolve this issue. But once we find the best answer, the industry of crypto will then enter a new era of successful market.

There is. Monero might have been delisted in some exchanges but look, it's still alive and one of the most known anonymous coin.
While community will need them they will have a future
Right, as long as there is a demand and people are using it there's a future that lies on it. But note it that many anonymous coins are becoming less popular today.

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! According to the current situation, cryptocurrencies are about to be brought under government supervision.
When will crypto be brought under government supervision? Where? Sad, because supervision is an opportunity to become their power and clearly will only benefit them. How supervision will control crypto, interventions that will eventually be centralized.

Anonymous coins will continue to be available and grow in the future, because not everyone likes transparency and also does not want their transactions to be known to the public. Therefore, anonymous coins were born to maintain the privacy of its users, because I think privacy is part of the security aspect.

I think it's legitimate to use anonymous coins for personal use, not for larger parties, in my opinion it would be very risky if used in a larger party. First up and down the price cycle will certainly hurt the team. And the second is that there are many more bona fide coins for institutions or companies. But back to yourself and your strategy in dealing with situations like this.

I do not believe that cryptocurrency will be controlled under the government, it will be difficult, anonymous coins cannot be controlled by anyone because it is decentralized so that the coin will automatically run on its own without anyone controlling it.
Yes of course anonymous coins will have a bright future because now many projects are launching anonymous coins so this will develop rapidly in the future.

No. Because under regulation, anonymous coins will surely lose their only edge - anonymity.

But my thought is that, it will seem like an open market where people will have choice to choose what they want. Coins like bitcoin has already made significant impact and will continue because many are looking for such freedom.

With the use of anonymous coins in the future, certain problems can really arise. Japan has already banned the circulation on its territory of such anonymous coins as Monero, Zcash, Dash. Surely other states will do the same to avoid the danger of using these coins for criminal purposes. It will be easier for states to ban them than to take risks, because they cannot control them at all. Of course, some people will try to avoid the prohibitions, and see what comes of it.

No. Because under regulation, anonymous coins will surely lose their only edge - anonymity.

I'd say that without regulation they will thrive by themselves, because it is almost impossible for regulators and policymakers to completely shut off this industry as a whole when you have multiple independent decentralized blockchains out there that all offer anonymous transactions.

But with regulation, you're choking the growth of this sector by the very same means that it is currently flourishing by.

TThanks for sharing,Do you know Monero's TPS? It is difficult to reach the current transaction scale of BTC, so it may be difficult to popularize on a large scale.
I haven't used it so I can only rely on information I see on the internet. It's definitely faster than bitcoin.

How long does it take to send a transaction?

Block time is one minute. On average it will only take a one minute a transaction to first appear in the block chain; however, exchanges usually will require at least 18 confirmations (blocks) before adding funds to your account, and the standard wallet requires tbd confirmations before considering received coins to be available for use.

A time of 10-20 minutes is generally the longest length of time you should consider waiting if your transaction isn’t confirmed in a couple of minutes.

Some article says it's even faster than ethereum or litecoin. I think TPS is the least concern of someone who want to make anonymous payments. I also don't think monero will be as popular as other mainstream coins like bitcoin or ethereum but there will always be a strong demand for it and that will increase as regulation tightens.

What do you mean by Anonymous? Well, if you are referring for those coins that are still unknown or not popular, I think there will be a future for everything. Whether it is bad or good due to regulation or as you have said, supervision. Things have different perspective and we want to see the good result when they implement the regulation through the help of government agencies.
