Big update on the tech and solving the scaling and cost of mass volume transactions they expect esports fan to issue when utilizing the token:

Project seems solid, but the marketcap is too high IMO

Well, I guess if we were just a whitepaper with a team of 10 people and no product, no brand, no licenses, no community, no users, no fans, no technology, no traction, no revenue --- then yeah, I'd agree completely.  Smiley

Will we be able to store tokens in MEW?

Yes. UnikoinGold is an ERC20 token. In fact, Unikrn has named MEW as one of the wallets they encourage you to use for participating in the tokensale.

Nice sarcasm!  Cool

BTW I like and agree with your views on ICOs - too much sh*t is going around with too little due diligence by the 'investors'.

We basically wanted to sell to the broadest number of users around the world. We're now in over 112 countries and growing, so it should be great when it's all over!

Suggest anyone looking at this or other tokens read my blog post on Medium.

Thanks for sharing rahul! Here's what the site says about the amount of tokens distributed:

"Each purchase represents a percentage of the available 200 million tokens. The number of coins you get will be determined by the amount of contributions we receive."

Very interesting concept

I have this feeling that they're holding back on anouncements tbh

Hold me to my word, but I feel like they're going to announce more
You have a point, though the people still have to invest at a steady pace. The project could get shut down without any announcement from the dev.

I was ignoring this ICO until I saw that they were approved for a gambling license in the EU. Since they have an already established business, I'm vaguely bullish Unikoin.

The downside of it is how much money they've raised. They've raised over $30 million in ETH so far for 20% of the tokens. That's >$150 million market cap implied which seems unrealistic.

I believe they're in the works of getting unikoingold on exchanges (just a rumor I heard)

eff the haters because this ico is one of the only ones with an already working platform. They're simply just integrating it and adding value.

Seems like I've been hearing about them everywhere: http://www.nasdaq.com/article/nzdjpy-confirms-below-ichimoku-unikrn-expands-in-eu-cm857955
For anyone that doesn't want to read articles I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxCg5QY6VZ0

One thing I am curious about is if they plan on joining exchanges. In a fb group, there was a rumor about it...we will see  Huh

I had trouble analyzing the coin because of a lack of information, which was concerning.
https://steemit.com/unikoingold/@roosterred/unikoingold-impossible-for-me-to-analyze
I also want to know what the current turnover rate is on their non-crypto coins. Typically gambling operations have a very high turnover rate which means a relatively small amount of tokens or chips can fund a very large amount of bets.

Unikrn has calculated that the circulating amount (200 million UKG) will be more than enough for the crypto platform. Unikrn has been around for over 2 years and has no plans of running away from the space. In fact they have just received their gaming license from the Maltese Gaming Authority, which allows them to spread their Unikrn Esports betting platform to 80% of the European gaming market.

Based on the other esports tokens out there, this one takes the cake. The cap may be high, but I don't mind. They have the team, resources, connections, and platform. You have a better shot with this one fellas
