That's simply not true, it's at least 30 X that depending on circumstances.
I agree that having a UK registered company means nothing in terms of whether the business is a scam or not.

You may well be a confident bunch of guys who honestly think that your mixed bag of 'investments' will continue to be profitable, but if I had a coin for every time I have read this "We trade/mine/arbitrage/lend etc. etc." pitch then I would be a rich man. Certainly richer than if I put any money into them, as 99% disappear without a trace.
In fact we have some ltd companies for couple of years but we don't know if it is good thing to use them or found new (especially due to laws in the EU

Repeating "we are not a ponzi/scam" time and again doesn't really mean much, nor does "it's our secret" when you are asked about your revenue methods. Try a screen shot or two, it might help investor confidence.
