When people fall victim to scam their is nothing that can be done about it because the mistake has already be done, the only option is just to learn from the scam experience so that the same mistake won't happen again. Scammers are working very well trying to disguise so real for people to fall victim that's is why beginners needs to learn to get good knowledge, and not to believe everything they see online.

Cryptocurrency, more expecially bitcoin is a valuable asset which scammers will try by all means to target people to fall victim. Beginners needs to seek for knowledge because with the right knowledge it will be impossible for scammer to easily get one.

You are right, a lot of people actually dislike bitcoin because of ignorance, they have no knowledge about it and so there belief is that it’s just a way to scam them off their money but it’s not everyone that dislikes it because of ignorance for some it might actually trigger a bad memory when they hear about it could be that they got scammed once and felt bad or could be that a close person experienced something terrible while engaging in it and so they are only trying to protect themselves so sometimes a person cannot be blamed for their interest in certain things because of their experience.

Some people need enlightenment to be convinced to change their beliefs about certain things but if they have some knowledge about it already you might need more than that to convince them. If a person dislikes bitcoin their beliefs should be respected especially when they believe their reason is reason enough for them, with time they might change their mind.

Every thing that is created will definitely get pros and cons because of human nature who wants self-truth or lack of understanding about it. If asked why there are still people who don't like bitcoin, the answers vary and it depends on each version. But if you look further why they don't like bitcoin is because they themselves don't know what bitcoin is. Have you ever heard "If you don't know, you don't love it" then this expression deserves to be categorized as someone who doesn't like bitcoin.

Although there are other reasons why they don't like bitcoin, I'm sure when they get to know and get involved in it, the negative thoughts about bitcoin will slowly disappear. Because they see how far bitcoin can provide the benefits of financial freedom and the previous system never existed like that.

There may be multiple reasons but the most valid reason I can think of why people dislike Bitcoin is they think they missed the opportunity to invest and they lack knowledge as they think that Bitcoin will not see further growth and try to term it as bubble. I don't think there could be a bigger reason than stubbornness and regret of missing out to invest since no other asset has shown growth like Bitcoin.

Basic knowledge is required to hold bitcoins. But due to lack of knowledge he was victimized by scams. You have given a good answer that many people admit to scam by fiat do anyone hate fiat? of course not. In the case of those who hate Bitcoin, I can say with certainty that they lacked to know. If he was able to have a good idea about how to save Bitcoin and security issues, scammers would not have had that opportunity. However, he has been acknowledged by Scam, which is why he can say something emotionally. It is not worth blaming others for one's own mistakes or faults. One of the major reasons to have held potential investors back so far is the price. Many think of Bitcoin and the price that comes up there mind is what we have now, $65k which is way up for the average citizen. You wouldn’t find many people buying Bitcoin at that price. I for one don’t own one Bitcoin yet but, I’ve got fractions of it, safely kept away in a wallet while, I DCA from time to time.

People don’t think Bitcoin is profitable to invest with but, that’s where they get it all wrong. You don’t need to buy a whole Bitcoin but, gradual accumulation do take you to some goal.

Another reason why some people don’t like Bitcoin is the fact that, it’s highly volatile but, that’s an investors delight. The volatility is what enables you to buy even more volume and have even high value of it when the price does pump.

It’s no surprise people will give lame excuses, they just don’t have enough information to guide their investment and purposefulness towards a positive investment like Bitcoin.

The only reason why they don't seem to like bitcoin is because they don't actually have the clear understanding about bitcoin and all its opportunities and advantages that a wise man will gain from bitcoin. Instead, they chose to listen to those pro-fiat claiming that bitcoin is the biggest threat to the people and the government. Only to regret in the end why they chose not to trust bitcoin and miss all the opportunities that are supposedly make big changes in their lives.

I don’t expect everyone to be in support of bitcoin, definitely we are going to see people who are against it, so it’s normal. But I will say most people who are against bitcoin don’t really understand what bitcoin is all about or how it works. If they really have some knowledge about bitcoin, then they won’t be against it. Some people are against bitcoin just because the government is against it, they follow what the government says blindly, they don’t care about why the government is against bitcoin and what bitcoin is really all about.

I do tell people that any illegal thing that bitcoin is used for, fiat currency is also used for it, and fiat currency is being used for those illegal activities even before bitcoin was created, so I get annoyed whenever I see that some people are complaining about bitcoin being used for illegal activity, that’s why they are against it.

People get scammed with altcoins, and then they turn their hatred including bitcoin, because they all think that altcoins and bitcoin are both scams. That's what the government is trying to imply to the people, so that's exactly what the people believed. Actually, anything that relates to altcoins or in general cryptocurrency will now considered as scams for those people who have no clear knowledge and understanding to bitcoin and to the crypto space. But if ever they'll be given chances to be educated and the government will not disseminate wrong information, I think people won't resort into thinking that bitcoin is a ponzi scheme.

That's right, people are equating bitcoin and altcoins and thinking they are the same, thereby causing misunderstandings about bitcoin. But I don't think it's the government's fault or they are spreading it, we shouldn't blame it all on the government. This misunderstanding is due to ignorance or greed of people who invest in altcoin projects without doing any prior research.

Scammers take advantage of investors' naivety and greed to create traps, while investors cannot control their greed and fall into the scammers' traps. It can be said that it all comes from human behavior, not from bitcoin, altcoin, fiat...because they are all just tools.

If you are someone who doesnt have that enough knowledge and awareness on what cryptocurrency is all about and other branches that it do have, then you would really be ending up with this kind of wrong impression on which we know that on the moment that you do need up to deal up with something new then of course in depth research of information is really that recommended so that you wont really be getting lost on whatever the things that you do tend to do. As for disliking Bitcoin are into those people who do deal up with it without proper understanding on what it is all about and the reason of its existence.

I certainly agree on this. People suddenly hate bitcoin without clear explanation, most likely because their peers hate bitcoin and so did they, or just because the government itself does not approved bitcoin, then everyone already think that bitcoin is a big scam and cannot be trusted. But we all know, people may chance perceptions in time. So it’s not surprising why others have suddenly shifted into bitcoin, no matter how they curse bitcoin in the past and tell everyone that they can only trust fiat but never with bitcoin or the crypto space.

This is one of the reasons why need to tell people to learn more about something before they invested in such a thing. Bitcoin investments is quite risky and we should have the conscious awareness that money funds ins involved and we should it be ignorant of the tactics scammers are using to scam people of their hard earned more. Cryptocurrency is quite profitable and we should also be aware of the risks that are attached to investing because there are risks we need to be aware of especially without keeping our wallets safe from scammers and also understanding the market so we don't have to why at the wrong time which could bring loses to us.

By that, I mean is this; if you keep your money in your own wallet, nobody will come in and take it.

So, what are the ways that you can be "scammed", it is literally only if you give your money to someone, a project, a person, a website, whatever it is and then they do not give it back and steal it from you. That is how the scam works in the crypto world, meaning if you do not give your money to anyone, then you are going to be fine and you will not face any issues at all.

Ignorance is no doubt one reason people disliking bitcoins but there are some other reasons as well. One of those reason is that people don't have money to invest in bitcoin and they make excuses that since bitcoin is too expensive and they do not like it. Although we can buy any portion of bitcoin but still they think that buying a fraction of a bitcoin is of no use and they will find bad things which make them satisfied not being in bitcoin.

Another thing is that some people are too cautious of the country's laws and regulation and if the country bans Bitcoin or discourages investments in Bitcoin, they will try to avoid investment in Bitcoin and remain happy with fiat money or deposits at local banks.

Of course you are right because it could also be a reason for most people in that situation to hate Bitcoin because at the moment the person missed the chance of investing on Bitcoin and later realizes themselves they possibly transfer all the anger on Bitcoin forgetting that they are actually at fault because they failed to take advantage of the opportunity while they can. Actually if you listen to some persons you would be surprised when they would explain there reasons because I could remember someone who explained on how he venture into Bitcoin and out of greed he decided to venture into future trading without having any idea about it, meanwhile his main intention was to use spot trading but he could not distinguish between the two and he ended up losing all his money in future trading so after then he dislike Bitcoin.

Similar examples of people who have been scammed are provided to everyone, so you have plenty of information to go by so that you don't become a victim of con artists. Since bitcoin is a very good investment, the best course of action is to learn from it and keep going. There are people that we scanned who actually understand what it's like to lose hard-earned money, but that shouldn't stop you from continuing with your investments. You may eventually turn a healthy profit.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom

Actually I watched a podcast today from one of my favortie economics expert who always against the crypto currencies and obviously he is old and having warren Buffet as his role model so he too think that bitcoin can be printed out of nowhere so 21 million is not the limit because it digital and many people said the same which is funny though cause they're ignorant about it and still criticize it.

Another reason why most people afraid about bitcoin is there is no centralized authority which is the positive thing and core idea of bitcoin but we used to the banking system assumes what happens if one day everything vanishes and where we can claim our funds.

Getting the right information is the key. If you deal with bitcoin without knowledge and experience, most likely you will end up getting a negative outcome, hence you will surely hate bitcoin for that. And you will end up with a conclusion that bitcoin is a scam just because you never make profits but instead lost your funds.

This is the common mindset of some people nowadays that bitcoin is a get rich quick tool, but in reality it’s not. Bitcoin will never make you rich, but your knowledge and skills, and how you take advantage every bitcoin opportunity that comes, with positivity and a lot of patience, that will make you rich. But if you turn to bitcoin without all of that, bitcoin will make you poorer and poorer, until you finally realized that bitcoin isn’t a quick gateway to becoming rich and wealthy.
