IMO:
uno achieved 0.01 base line status some time ago, however managing against BTC when it doubles proved too tricky. lesson learned, and uno now has some new neat market management tricks of its own to better handle a smoother pricing against the bitcoin.
during the uno bear market, it appeared that uno drifted far below, but we are witnessing a rapid return to the old 0.01 base line.
i take note of how well the community kept the trading spread tight during the bear market. prices never collapsed, they just slowly drifted downward, the core community never freaked out, there were little to no panic dumps, uno found a new absolute floor (against $430 btc), and now looks like we are geared for a long bull run. the uno market is very rational, almost predictable, you can even read the pattern for what's ahead in 2016 on the above 30day chart.
HINT: it will be a long green arrow

After BitcoinNational's post earlier today I withdrew 40 UNO from Bleutrade & it worked fine, so I left some BTC & UNO there & continued my day. Then this evening I saw ERROR 522 & realized I would not be okay with how much I would lose if they vanished. It's important to get a reminder once in a while. Although during major market movements you've got to have some funds on exchanges, 0.6 bitcoin & 160 UNO is unnecessary for the volume that occurs on Bleutrade, at least since I check the markets every day.
After BitcoinNational's post earlier today I withdrew 40 UNO from Bleutrade & it worked fine, so I left some BTC & UNO there & continued my day. another guess is it is ETH related, i would wager plenty of bounty being offered to cause havoc during the dump, lots of loot to be maid in that chaos.

Sometimes in poker I encounter a new player who makes some seemingly reckless plays, so I decide that he is a fool or drunk and I target him. Later I get in an escalated situation against this player & lose, then I think, "Of course he wasn't that foolish. He's actually been playing fairly normally for the last hour, he just made some strange moves at first."
The people who are selling at 0.0062 right now are likely making the same mistake with the Bittrex whale. Apparently they think the fun is over and we will slump back to 0.003. This individual held 2,500 UNO on Bittrex for many months, maybe close to a year. Then they spent $10,000-$14,000 in a single day driving the price to an ATH (for Bittrex at least). For that move to be profitable for them in the short-term, massive buy orders would have to appear at 0.02+ within minutes of their move. They would need to be enormous buy orders of $25,000+ since our whale friend would be competing with dozens of other individuals to dump into them. Is it realistic that that is the scenario they hoped for? No. Even if it was what they were hoping for, do you think this wealthy, aggressive trader will accept that his attempt failed and forget about UNO? It's terribly easy to underestimate people online, (granted, it's also easy to fabricate grandiose non-existent whale-schemes to explain market action).

I imagine this Bitquick announcement would apply to Altquick as well, but maybe not & it has never been clear to me whether there is UNO stored with them. If you do have UNO stored with them, it seems that you should withdraw your funds.

Altquick.co now forwards to bitquick.
At one time they had some very large Uno orders on the books there.
I am unaware of anyone that tried to use them to buy Uno. I contacted them to ask about listing Uno and they responded that it wasn't possible for me to put any up for sale at that time.
Its an interesting idea. The way Altquick/Bitquck work is that you go to your bank and wire funds to someone, and then hope the coins you bought come to your wallet.

The top 20 wallets now hold 93,074 UNO, or 47.3% of the total coin supply. I suspect this will widely distribute over the next several dollar rise and eventually, after the disbursement of all that Cryptsy loot. Exciting times gentlemen. We've trickled back down a bit but I cannot see us going back under the low $2 and some change figures. A floor of .01 BTC per UNO is trying to be reached. A few larger investors take a position in UNO and we easily see over $5 floors. All us long term guys are just trying to accumulate the cheap kilos now and we're seeing the ever-so-lovely nearly zero inflation working. Wonderful!

It's all good. It's the 52.7% that's up for grabs, and then some, by interested parties. Who knows what Azure blue skies may await?
