It would take a miracle to save Cryptsy now. I'm hoping this will drag on at least another 30 days and that we can get all of the Uno out of there.

The Uno cold storage wallet at cryptsy is at 7.76% now. It keeps dropping.

We still have a great UNO market at Bittrex.com which is gaining strength. Despite the Uno we see piling up in the wallets there, it seems there is very little on the sell side.

Cryptopia.co.nz has give Uno base-coin status. Bleutrade is even seeing more trades lately and might catch on more.

We've lost our top market, but the future of Uno is far from bleak.  This is going to kill a lot of other altcoins though.

No way to send btc or other coin to cryptsy now. It is place for SUICIDE !
personally I don't like Pos coiuns. I have only TEK from the very beginning of tek. It is made my million of tek  coins monthly. only good for dumping or I going to do some tek/uno sel on cryptopia....I keep it only for fun 40%an up Pos....

Cryptsy are already dead! Good! WHY? Well sooner or later all exchanges are destined to DIE!!! Crypto do not need another kind of BANKS full of shit! This industry need new way of thinking out of the box. After millions of burn people and hundreds burn exchanges future going to change for crypto.

I have decided to delist Cryptsy from the OP.

Also successfully converted the last of my NMC mining dust to Uno, and was able to make a withdrawal moments ago. Uno withdrawals are still working.

I personally require no mention on website, as I haven't worked on any UNO projects in some time. I only mentioned it a few days back because 1) it looks unprofessional, and 2) cryptapus actually codes things. UNO seriously needs to remake part of it's image - I am surprised to have seen many former supporters leave.

Yes. CaptChadd and BW are silent ... but if you are paying attention to the landscape somethink the akin to the British Empire is coming into formation ... uno is a square one steering committee ... so no need for TALK ... just building something bigger than NXT or BTS is tis clearly visible on the horizon   you can feel it in the ETHer 

If it's legit it sounds like a great service! And they accept UNO, so even better!!

I think guys the best Cryptsy uno  scenario is that cryptsy verified traders buy fast the rest of Uno out there and move it. Otherwise , you can move only like 15kg per day!

Yay that the Cryptsy wallet is under 8%! It is amazing to me that 8 of the remaining 9 top 10 wallets have been dormant for a minimum of 160 days. Gives new meaning to buy in May and go away?

@smokes, right on. This is Uno's 3rd or 4th brush with exchange failings.  Uno will come through this ok, as before.

@siameze, I'd love to see Cryptapus on the dev payroll, and I am grateful to him for all of the good he has brought to Uno. He makes Uno more useful and fun with all the great stuff at https://cryptap.us/uno, and he has always given me excellent advice right when I've needed it. He has certainly earned his role as a respected community elder.

@everyone, Cryptsy was just bought up to 0095 today on 4 btc volume. The Cryptsy cold wallet is now below 8%.  If I recall correctly the coinex.pw theft was around 8% of supply at the time, so Uno is now in familiar territory.

I am a cynic. This is how every exchange iirc has met it's end. They have some issues making good on all their deposits. What a shock that they operate similar to banks. The list of coins which you can use for to withdraw gets smaller and smaller and then eventually.. poof. During the event everyone is optimistic. Of course. You need to be, all you have left to go on is hope. All of the other major factors are pointing to a total melt down. Just gtfo while the going is good. With the number of other exchanges out there that aren't having issues, there is no issue. Play the game if you want but even if cryptsy stays around, why would anyone trust them and continue to use them. Chances are that last 'upgrade' they did opened up some unforeseen vulnerability and allowed them to be 'hacked'. Ya read that shit here first ;}

It could stand to help the Uno markets, any publicity is good publicity. It isn't going to crush us, the super wallet is down to a size that wouldn't wholly destabilize the market. The silver lining is that cheaper coins of something as established as Uno would likely bring new people into it. Either way Uno will be pretty okay. That is what i keep telling my self anyway. We have been through quite a bit of shenanigans and so far it hasn't been a bad ride.

I always thought you should be there. Your contributions to UNO (and Myriad iirc) have actual provenance. I stopped using github for the most part but do recall your submissions to UNO core.

If you're referring to "CaptChadd", I would agree he has no place there. As far as I know, I've submitted more code to the github and I wouldn't consider me qualified to list either

I am still curious about the behavior of the #1 UNO wallet, known to be Cryptsy's cold storage.  Half of it has been removed over the past 60 days.   Given all the problems, why hasn't more of it moved away by the owners?  If the intention is to sell it at Cryptsy at a premium price, then why is all that Uno in cold storage rather than on the sell book already?

Do they think the price of Uno is going to go even higher on Cryptsy?
Someone forgot about it?
Bad news travels slowly to casual crypto investors?
If Cryptsy owns most of that large Uno wallet, maybe they're holding it back for later while they sell off stakes in lesser coins.

I can't select a favorite theory just yet.
