Being a lowly Windows user, I wasn't able to compile his code, so I set out to try and find a Windows program that could do this. It wasn't easy, but I found something that worked.
This article got me started with a compiled Windows version of Vanitygen, which which you can download from here. The link seems trustworthy, and it passed a virus scan I ran it through.

Hi FK,
Watch out, if you use the original vanitygen program with the -X option, that sets the correct public key prefix, but I believe it may not set the correct private key prefix. Please try to import that private key, send to it, and send from it in a blank wallet.dat, I'm worried that it won't work. Hence why I needed to create a fork (I've actually submitted the changes to the master vanitygen branch, but it has not been merged yet, or it may not ever be merged, https://github.com/samr7/vanitygen/pull/61).
Unfortunately, I am not able to make an executable for Windows as I'm Linux only... If someone can, PM me and I'll add a link to it...
Regards,
You can download it here:

VirusTotal Result.
VirusTotal is showing one false positive out of 54 scans, but I think it's fine.
I hope you Windows users have fun with it. Thanks, Cryptapus!
