It's completely normal to allow this just senseless to do. Bitcoin allows it as do most other crypto-currencies. It doesn't affect the network behavior as Proof-of-Stake drives transactions by design and does not rely on Proof-of-Work whatsoever. Cool

Thank you for your support.

Wouldn't this affect, for example a dice site? By not allowing losing transactions into the chain, the pool could increase their chances of winning?

No, nothing similar, you can not 51% VNL with POW, they just run a modified stratum to try and find more blocks (which result in minimal or no success for them). An update will solve this and every future try on the method.

So how were blocks with missing transactions being accepted into the chain, then?

idcray is performing denial of service by excluding transactions from blocks

Please spread the hash to suprnova. Suprnova is the trusted choice of the Vanillacoin community and the fees on the pool have been lowered to 0%.

Thank you for your help!

51% attack is it?

Just a reminder that rewards will go from 88.89 to 74.08 in less than 2 weeks.

Get behind a coin with actual, solid development.

Thanks for this info! Where can i find ths info?

not sure what you're asking, but every 50,000 blocks rewards go to 5/6 their previous amount.  Block 150,000 is coming up in less than 10,500 blocks.

Quick question regarding this CPU miner from the OP

What's the meaning behind this line in the .bat file?
Code:
--coinbase-addr=Vb8i5S346WU9X5HbNhnSSgVNaqxtupfGnT

Also, if mining with the VNL wallet, are the rewards automatically transferred to that wallet?

I think you need the --coinbase-addr argument only when solo mining but i could be wrong.

Anyway, at current difficulty it would take you a lot of time to find a block just with a cpu, you would be better mining on a pool imo  Smiley

^^^ Incorrect Config

It's getting that hashrate because it's thinking it's trying to mine a different Algorithm as far as I can tell.
