2 days now.  No response to payment "in process"
Also tried raising a support ticket on the site.

No answer   

I've had a payment stuck "In Process" for more than 24 hours.

Could we atleast get a status update on thier progress of being functional?

they've had this issue before and at the end all coins were paid as submitted.

and i'm having the same issue as well.. whoopie lol

As soon as diff changed, stats and BTC balance stopped updating. All rigs submitting shares. Will wait 1hr before bailing out.

All of my workers show offline......but I am fairly certain they are not.

subSTRATA, Don't connect to pool using IP, we have load balancing for main servers. So, use only domain names.

stoppots, We've fixed it! Now CGminer reject rate shold be back to normal.

I am getting a message from CGMiner every 30 seconds.
 
Any one have this same occurrence or know how to resolve this issue?
