I know a short note on this thread does not count toward a BTC0.0007 per post, but I received my third payment, thank you bitmixer.

Well you turned a simple "Thank You", into a 75+ character post! Well done!

What would be the point in doing that when he just stated they don't get paid for posts in this thread?

Payment received on time, as always. I thought I didn't, but I just had to restart MultiBit. Weird little issue. Anyways, thanks!

I may write code in exchange for bitcoins.
Taking the above into account this (bitmixer.io) seems much better than bit-x due to the following deal breakers for me:

1. Register to their site
2. Payout to the account rather than to your own address
3. Phone verification
4. Constantly keep checking account to see if u got paid and then having to transfer it out

I'd rather just keep posting as I do regularly and not worry about the above.. Occasionally I want to check my address to see if any payment received. Got a few surprises with bitmixer.io.. But hopefully they won't change rules so often..

Also, I'd like them to pay more for hero members Cheesy

Indeed, these are the main advantages of the bitmixer campaign (mainly: no bullshit, simple, ontime).  However, now that payments have skyrocketed elsewhere, I just had to switch over to make a little BTC for my trouble.

In addition to the phone verification, BIT-X also pays out into your account at their site rather than directly into your BTC address unlike Bitmixer.io. I know that might be a deal breaker for some.

It's hard to say which site of the two has stricter rules. Bitmixer.io has a 75 character limit which BIT-X lacks. Both don't count posts in games & rounds, off-topic, alternate cryptocurrencies, and their own respective threads. However, BIT-X also doesn't count posts made in any signature campaign thread as well as any posts made in the investor-based games board. Bitmixer.io's rates are average while BIT-X's rates are above average. In my personal opinion, I would say that BIT-X's campaign is the slightly better deal if you have no problems with going through the phone verification process but both campaigns are still very good.
You forgot that bit-x makes you register on theirs site. They pay you to theirs wallet and when you want to withdraw you money also small fee is charged. If people are fine with these conditions I guess their campaign is ok. For me it is not acceptable.

Urmm... I did mention that they paid out into your account at their site and that they require phone verification so the fact that you need to register an account at their site is kind of implied. Didn't know there was a fee though.

75 characters is a weird condition. the main thing of a campaign is to show the signature with links as many as possible. The kind of post doesn't matter.

Not really. It's far more likely that a highly constructive post will attract more attention than a less constructive post made with little effort. If someone had posted this and another person made a post in the same thread containing just the words "yea i agree", which one do you think would get the most views? And it just so happens that less constructive posts tend to be short and rather spammy. I admit the 75 character limit is odd, and is probably unique to Bitmixer.io but there is definitely a reasoning behind it. hilariousandco explained it rather well:

This sucks, so everyone gets penalized? You should ban payment from the spammers, not put a minimum character count on every post!

It's unfeasible or at the very least hard work to check everyone's posts individually espeially when you have this many paticipants and this is just their way of trying to cut down on spammers. Most people who are contributing relevantly won't have much trouble running into the minimum character limit anyway. Also, making short posts doesn't necessarily mean you're a spammer but bitmixer have decided just to not pay for these posts. Though some people may think its harsh or unfair I think it'll make people put more effort into their posts in the long run so it'll hopefully be a good thing.

There is such a thing as constructive posts that are short and straight to the point. And while quite rare, there are non-constructive posts that span multiple paragraphs too. Bitmixer.io doesn't have the time to sift through posts and sort out constructive posts from non-constructive ones so they applied a general rule that is intended to work in most cases.

EDIT: Not to mention lots of spammy posts can create a negative impression of the service being advertised too.

It's not. The main thing is to cut down on people making low quality next to zero effort posts. Should they pay or encourage people to post just smilies or one word replies? No. This restriction is a way to try combat that and at least make people pout some effort in past a few word posts. People can still make those posts but they just wont be paid for them.

what rules is it that make it harder ?

neither bit-x nor bitmixer pay for alt section, games and rounds , off topics

in fact, if you do a spam post or just short non constructive post, marco will manually exclude your post

But I agree, the payment of bit-x is higher than bitmixer

There's a 75 character count on bitmixer which makes it unattractive to some users. You can likely still post occasional short posts on Marcos and you'll probably still get paid for them whereas they automatically get deducted from this campaign it seems.

75 characters is pretty easy to maintain, in fact this reply should exceed 75 characters, the only thing that pissed off the  participants here is the disability of not knowing if their post will be paid or not, perhaps bitmixer should code a bot that can differ if the post will be pay or not

Someone said bit-x requires your phone number... is that true?? Thats a deal breaker for me.

Yes sadly but it is true. They are thinking about removing this constraint, but right know you still need a phone number.
