I doubt any country can defeat the US in a conventional war.
Considering today military power that both countries posses we cant predict exactly who will win
two powerful countries with nuclear weapons can never fight in my opinion; because
there will be no winner; both countries will be left distructed ,
dont buy media stories about conflict and stuff, usa and china are not enemies they are very good friends

Nothing, no matter what. Give or take I don’t want to support either.
This thing will never ever happen. There will be no world war 3 like what happened on the last 2 world wars. We don't really know the extent of their powers respectively but I believe that both countries are very powerful and influential in the world. I bet world war 3 will not be war with guns and cannons but with economy. 
Both the countries are horrible and I do not want tot support any of them.

I don't think it will work, because the US military is very strong and strong, many powerful weapons for world war.

The best country between the two is US even if China population is higher than that of US the technology is US is still greater than there's so US will always beat then in every where and any time

We cannot say because both are super powers and both has functional and advanced nuclear missiles and other tools to win
I do not like war, I hope the countries peace, equality together, mutually develop business. A world of peace is something everyone wishes.
