Maybe in terms of internet payment bitcoin is more popular since it is easy to transfer but in terms of daily use, I think USD beats bitcoin because of the following reasons. First of all, Bitcoin's price is based on usd since it's main convertion is US Dollars before it is converted in other currencies. USD is also backed up by governments making it more popular than bitcoin. Lastly, USD is accepted by almost any stores that can be found offline and online unlike bitcoin that has a few stores that accepts it online or offline.

People should not unreservedly trust or believe in Bitcoin, they just need to trust or believe in their "central authority" (aka government) a little bit less than they would in respect to Bitcoin. There is no way back after they lose that bit of extra faith they might have. And I have a strong inclination to think that a central authority has much higher chances to deliberately cheat or scam on folks than a decentralized one. So it is just a matter of time...

USD is still much much bigger than bitcoin right now. I hope bitcoin will be able to get to the level of USD and euro but for that it needs alot of power and big investors.

Maybe it can get there too but for that it would probably take a lot of time because those coins like USD or EURO has been around for a really long time and all the world believe them while bitcoin is not used as much as they are used in the world.

This is a very rude question. And the answer is very obvious too there's no bitcoin yet but there is USD already. So USD is much popular there are many people used USD from very start and even if you are a bitcoin user you also use a USD. Its that too obvious?Don't see why this question would be seen as rude it's just a regular question. And the answer is no by far not the USD is much bigger than bitcoin is at this very moment.
Can this change? Yeah sure but I don't see it happening for alot of years.
If we take as a basis for my national currency, the big difference between Bitcoin and the dollar does not. What one currency that the other almost inaccessible.
You are right and the fact is also that USD is way more used because its still bigger right now and more stable.
The bitcoin will lose because its not seen as a currency and its also depending on the dollar.
For me it is not a good thing that we are going to compare USD vs bitcoin because they are both useful and doing good to all of us. And besides the price of bitcoin is depending on USD so it is playing an important role for the exchange of the bitcoin. And yeah, I believe that too the bitcoin is going to grow and going to be used by people all over the world.
