Interesting that only 2.5% use Bitcoins for dark web shopping. I thought that this would be higher.

I use Bitcoins for donations, micropayments and for online shopping (digital goods).

From now onwards, I am planning to hold Bitcoin to build my dream home.

Do you expect to be able to buy the house with Bitcoin, or will you have to exchange it for fiat?
It depends on the house owner, if he accept bitcoin as the payment tool, that would be better.

I think it can do both, buying a house with bitcoin or with Fiat, customized with the house owner

Do you use Bitcoin at least once a month? What do you actually use it for? Why? Is it better, cheaper, faster, more convenient than alternatives? Is it the only option?

If those 120.000+ daily transactions are actually real, there must be thousands of Bitcoin users active every day. What are we actually using Bitcoin for? Are we just true believers or are there real reasons to use Bitcoin instead of other available options?

I figure it's about time that we have a clearer picture of actual Bitcoin use cases. Sure, in a year or two the picture will probably change completely, but it's useful info right now for anyone interested in growing our community.

Please answer in as much detail as possible!

RIP Mommy
I've bought a few things online with BTC, but I still use fiat for the majority of my purchases.

Bitcoin is purely speculative for me currently. I plan on holding it for a while until it gains some mainstream traction but then I'd like to be able to spend it on anything I would normally buy with fiat.

I use it for online shopping. For me bitcoin has become as boring as money.

Bought 40 of these last night. Not very interesting.  Cheesy

What the hell are they?

I think that's a doorknob.
