At least the OP has had a good idea and used the money won responsibly, with so many gamblers who when they win think they are on a roll and keep betting to lose what they have won and more.


I don't think it's a question of being an old gambler or not, but of having knowledge. Many times you are not going to win, so when you win a significant amount it is better to take it out of the casino and spend it on something useful.

If you are an old gambler that really knows how much losing means then this will be applicable because for sure you also knew how to manage spending your winning.
but if you are just a regular gambler that still hunts for luck to be with your side then I believe that all these winnings will go back to the casino for losing , because the easy you win is the easier you will spend.

That's very true because with the winning money, we can share what we have and that will certainly bring happiness to them. We can use the money for our benefit, but we also have to see and help if there are people who are having financial difficulties. You are just basically trying out to shoot yourself on your feet on making up those decisions. This is why if you do tend to make gambling as your leisure or entertainment thing then it would be just that normal that you would really be having that kind of consideration before proceeding. On the question about those winnings on which you should be that responsible then its not something that all would really be able to pull through.
Why? Just like been said by most people is that on the time that you would really be able to win up something then it cant really be avoided for you not to think that you might win up even more.
Instead on securing your profits and buying up something or make use of those amounts into something worth or good then you would be spending it up back again into the house.
Some do even think that its easy to make money with gambling therefore they would be spending it up so easily too but thats a wrong mindset or belief to have.

I feel like those that's not having a good job or business can't afford to gamble every day, the more a gambler have an investments that's the more they gamble. But it's quite funny how some people gamble and win big money but don't use them to invest or buy something, to cover everything up, to do something very important. Although it's truly depends on the actual amount of money the gambler win and how come the gambler gets the money he use and gamble with. Exactly, a gambler that uses money that's ment for something else to gamble and he/she wins, he can't use the money properly because the mindset he has to use money for something else for gambling, that same mind will enter him and he will still gamble to lose the money he managed to win.

It requires a high level of luck for someone to be traveling and then being able to win something significant from gambling because that would help a lot with your travel expenses .

I believe there is also nothing wrong if you are using your winnings on food or other stuff that you enjoy because at the end of the day, you are having a good time which is better than using the amount on gambling again and possibly losing it.

A lot of people save their winnings because they have been planning to buy something for themselves or someone close to them, this is another good way to use the winnings if you know you are winning something good constantly.

It depends on the investment used, because to gamble a gambler needs funds as soon as the newly set aside funds have run out. And when the price of what you invested drops after you put your winnings into that investment and you want to take it out just to gamble, will you still take it. Or you will postpone your gambling activities to wait for the price of the investment you are investing in to rise in price so that you can cash out a little money to gamble.
So in my opinion, if you have profits from gambling to invest, you should not take it if you want to gamble because gambling activities are unpredictable but most gamblers gamble often. And if the funds for gambling only rely on investment because you feel there is winning money in it, then your investment will only fail because any investment will not produce profits in a short time, even every day.
It's a good idea to set aside some money for gambling and also for investment, and after that forget about the winnings that you have put into your investment. Apart from that, buying things you want or to make your family happy and also fulfill their needs is also good. And the most important thing is that you have set or divided it into a gambling fund for several days, weeks or months for your gambling activities and also a fund to invest.

By using the winning money well, we can get other benefits. We can use the winning money for other people as gifts and it will bring happiness to them. The winning money will not be wasted if we give something to other people and we can also use it for our needs. Good job OP. Indeed, we need to use our winnings responsibly. Rather than spending it all betting again, it is best to take a part of it and buy something as a reward. I have experienced some winnings since I started betting but I can only remember one when I bought something out of a winning. I bought a Levi's jeans but only because I forgot to bring my pants when I traveled to attend a wedding. By reading this thread, I realized that it is much better to buy something long lasting as remembrance than spend winnings on food or anything consumable.

It's a very good decision to take some of your gambling winnings and buy them like things at home. Apart from minimizing addiction which results in losing everything, it will also make the results of gambling more visible.
but this can be done if the winnings obtained are large enough. what about small players who may only be slightly above the minimum withdrawal? When you are in a position like that, will you continue to take that small portion or continue to bet to increase your winnings.
