Very remarkable things you have done with your winning which is a good one, some persons when they win they spend money extravagantly without minding how difficult it was for them before they won and they will be thinking is a free money and some persons can even use their winnings to gamble the more if they can win big which is very wrong because they can actually lose all the whole winning again so winning and using the money to do something reasonable is good.

Yeah,using it for any project rather than gambling with all again or seek instant    gratification thus forgetting some pressing issues that your winnings would have solve. This is also what makes a responsible gambler, some  gamblers this after they win. They begin to party, go to clubs and spend unwisely. Later coming as prodigal son, hoping to use the next wisely which doesn't come so easily as this cycle continue over and over again.

Yes indeed,  thinking about what you will going to do with your winning money,  things like this mostly missed out by those heavy addicted gamblers as instead of quitting and use the money to celebrate or buy something precious as a remembrance for such opportunity they tend to push for more and greedily aim for more money,  it's mostly a practice because of that misconception in this industry,  most gamblers who thinks that they can takeaway  more money from the casino will think in a greedy way.

But like what OP did, better to use your winnings in a responsible way, allow yourself to celebrate your victory and treat yourself of something that will remind you that there's a time where you manage to quit and bring decent amount of profits from your gambling activities.

What I also understand from the op in terms of gambling responsible, gambling responsible don’t only mean the amount you use in betting weekly or monthly like creating a budget, gambling responsible can also be classified as thinking matured after winning, what to do next?, what to buy next? or spending everything staking a bet again cause few gamblers act like this after winning a bet they decide to bet more losing everything . Gambling win is fun and don’t come so easily cause you never worked for it so when people intend to win they spend carelessly and this is so bad as hell.

Exactly, the best thing to after winning something nice in yah gambling sections, one should quickly remove the same amount he or she use in gambling and then  put the other remaining cash in something that going to serve as a source of income in a long run and then continue using that same amount you use to win to gamble responsibly , so that one won't endup Losing every thing . Because most time after hitting some nice jackpot due to greed some folks will continue to gamble with that same amount they have won inorder to win more but most time things may not endup going their ways.

Of course, controlling your expenses in a casino is very important, but to be honest, few people do this. In case you won anything big it’s probably better to invest it and grow that money instead of purchasing things you don’t need or just to put for show off. I use to believe that buying things once I win a session is a way to reduce my gambling activity, however I always end up using more of my job salary which means it was useless, that’s how I have decided to recalculate everything and become a moderate gambler and better managing my money.

The only thing that comes up into their mind is that they've been able to make huge winnings on gambling and would be spending it up like there's no tomorrow and since they do have in mind and know that they could be able to get it again on via gambling then they would really be that confident that they would really be able to do such thing again and again which is really that a very sad approach because being lucky with gambling isnt something that could be controlled or could be altered out. What if you would be experiencing loses on the next day and to another? Im not saying that you wont be cherishing out your winnings on gambling but it will be wise if you will be using it on other means on which it could something that be more beneficial or something that
will really be able to have some usage or whatsoever but well its your money then its your right on what you should gonna do. People does have that different mindset and approach about their

They think that the money they earn from gambling is money they get for free, so they spend the money they get on things that have absolutely no benefit at all, for useless things. I am not fully agree with you, keeping yourself under control is important when it comes to gambling. those who can control themselves put their money on gambling sites but stay within a limit without panicking and using it. But I have seen many cases of people who can't control themselves and become addicted to gambling, who sometimes even sell their houses to gamble. so while gambling always make sure that you are enjoying gambling but not addicted to gambling.

Wow, that's good, there are gamblers that don't use the money they win from bets to do anything meaningful to them or their family. Even if you are gambling for entertainment you should be able to use some part of them money you win from bets to do something meaningful. It's not all the money we win that's supposed to go back to the casinos, some money should be used properly. Gamble is a gamble some gamblers use for entertainment and to some gamblers it's a part of their daily hustle. It's not Norma to use gamble as a side hustle, some gamblers gets addicted because they gamble because they need money.

After winning in gambling, gambling should be stopped for that day and the money of that winning should be used to buy necessary things so that even if you want to use that money again in gambling, then you will have less interest in gambling. However, if you stop gambling for that period after winning gambling, but do not cash out and spend that money, then you will use that money again for gambling.  Because at that time gambling will start to appeal to you and since you will have money then you will not hesitate to use it to gamble again. this called gambling addiction.

Some gamblers have won a jackpot and though that it will be a continuous thing to always have it continuous as before, they will then spend the money along side with their friends and expect more of wining big to come, but unfortunately enough for them, they keep on waiting for long till never ever showed up while the one they won had been wasted on pleasures, friends and bitches, they wouldn't have thought on making investment with such, instead, spending it as they want with the hope of more coming.

Yeah, self discipline matters alone, an individual who live a lavish lifestyle would always lavish the money them win to satisfy his/her desire but a disciplined person would be cautious of how they spend such money, just like the OP did, he discovered that his sitting room needs a TV therefore instead of spending recklessly on unnecessary things, he decided to use his winnings wisely to purchase a TV for his living room.

 Sometimes, luck may come once in a while in gambling and when you don't use your winnings from your gambling luck wisely you may never be lucky again from a certain period, for instance you'll see someone win $30k and decide to use half of it to gamble and get more money then lose. If the individual doesn't learn and decide to chase lose, they may end up losing 80% of the initial $30k due to greed.

Gambling can bring happiness to other people, sadly many medias didn't want to show this good news to other people, but they always try to publish bad news. That's why whenever someone see other people who gamble, they think those people are bad people and must be avoided.

The government and medias are successfully brainwash many people.

I am happy for you guy, this TV you bought is something very good to make reference to and it can as well motivate the unlucky gamblers to strive hard and gamble compulsively until they win this big sum too. I will advise gamblers not to use the winning of another gambler as a motivation to keep gambling compulsively, only gamble normally and one day the luck will be yours but when the luck comes your way, never spend the money in recklessness. True, as you said that a very small population of gamblers can do that, most of them cannot ignore some aspects that tempt themselves such as greed, one of which is always the main trigger for someone to act crazier where usually what they do is return to risk the winning money with a very large number of multipliers because of the hope of being able to get a bigger amount which is actually still the name of victory is nothing more than a "chance".

Dissatisfaction and greed are always the main triggers for someone to take actions that are beyond common sense and all this they do without being based on a correct understanding of how gambling really is. And I would say that they are typical losers who come only to look for victory but are not prepared for any possibility of loss or defeat which will actually always be an inseparable part of gambling.

In general, the goal of most people in gambling is to be able to win and when they win, it is best to take advantage of it, such as cashing it out, that is what must be done when we win. However, there are people who are thirsty for victory, feel unsatisfied with the victory they have obtained, so they return to betting using a larger betting amount because of the winnings they have obtained, so they use the winnings as capital to bet with a larger amount than usually. In fact, cashing out or continuing is their own choice, whether they want to cash out and spend it with what they want or they bet on gambling again, but the best thing to do is to cash out, because winning at gambling will not always happen, it could even be a win that has already been won. gained then lost again by continuing gambling again.

Then the other things that I won were not that big that I used to treat my family or I was able to buy our groceries anyway.
