About what you posted, if a newbie starts to post, activity will be counting until it reaches 14. After it reaches 14, it will be counting 14 at once every 14 days. My other question is, when it comes to reading more and posting less, is there any maximum number of post we are not supposed to surpass as a newbie.

It is 360 seconds (6 minutes) for newbies. This restriction is reduced as the user will increase in activity. You can see this theymos post about it which I think has not changed till now.I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

There's a Bitcoin discussion board - if you're interested in leaning about basic and advanced Bitcoin knowledge then that's the board you need to read more and post less.
There's also a trading discussion board - if you're already have knowledge about crypto and you want to learn how trading works, then focus on that board and learn. There are plenty of merits on those boards, you just have to choose your interest.
We also have the politics and society board - that's if you're interested in Bitcoin politics and general politics. And then we have people like us who already know what we came here for and we're just enjoying ourselves on the gambling discussion board.

From the knowledge I have gathered so far while navigating the forum, newbies are not restricted to a particular number of post. Yea. But the essence of the ''Read more, post less'' talk is because, as newbies, it's sure that we don't have all the knowledge about the forum, how it really works, the dose & don'ts of the forum(rules & regulations) as every organisation has laws, we don't also have the right knowledge of the kind of quality post that can educate others too.
However, to avoid posting wrongly, or fail forum rules, we are advised to always keep reading so we can gather all the required knowledge we need before we can become actively involved in posting. Yea, thats just it.. so we keep reading and learning to improve.

I have a questions? what are the things newbies should do to earn more merit, and what is the advantages of merit, also and also what should encourage the newbies to get more post.we are new in the forum so we still need, some guide so that we can meet up with our daily post.
Make yourself useful and you will earn merit and rank up. Readers are leaders. If you learn, you are investing. Learning is an asset.If I should use myself as an example.
I took time to first learn how people that are merited are posting. I followed what some of them are posting. With that, I learned a lot. But I wanted to know more about bitcoin at the time and earn more knowledge about it and to know ways to avoid online scam and hacks. I searched online about how to avoid online scam and hacks which were some of my first topics on this forum. Just take it slow, read from what established members are posting and follow them very well will help you.
Some people on this local board are earning merit. Look at their posts too (with the English boards) and you will understand better. Making posts useful, informative and educating will help to ranking up. Do not come for money, come for knowledge and you will be surprised.

You're welcome to the forums mate,I also want to ask the same question but you make it more easier for me to learn below your comment section, gradually we gonna earn merit but as our senior mate says ,we shouldn't come to the forums for merit or Money,we should learn and gain more knowledge about this forum and all what we are here for everyone is here to learn.
If you make it in life or earning money from anywhere, your knowledge is helpful for you at the place in making money. I am not saying you should come to this forum because of money, but know that knowledge can bring money. But some people do not have the knowledge and they do not want to learn. Those are the people that should know that first looking for money without knowledge will not become positive for such person. Knowledge and experience are important.@slowPP, bro let's be realistic here. If you say you are here for the knowledge alone then you are lying to yourself, I mean yeah we all want knowledge but of what use is that knowledge if you can't make a living out of it (Bitcoin) knowledge and money should work along side each other as long as Bitcoin is involved.
Bitcoin investors learn about Bitcoin and everything that has to do with it before investing, why do you think they invest in Bitcoin, isn't it for financial freedom? Or you think they are doing it just for the knowledge?
Most of us (me inclusive) we are here for the knowledge, experience and then use our knowledge and experience to earn merits, rank up, get involve in signature campaign and earn money from our knowledge. Merits, rank up, signature campaign and earning money are my biggest motivation and these are the reason why I yearn for knowledge. Make my motivations yours too and let's grow together.
