any sites out and around that are popular?

Im looking to do micro betting on outcomes we can deem are guaranteed fair and not relying on knowing how to verify provably fair.

No I haven't heard or seen any of such site's and it would be absolute madness if a site implements this. How in the world would they make profit? They would end up in looses, plus if one user does not pay, the site would be termed as a scam, so no that's a stupid idea and I would not bet with such sites as this are not trust worthy to me, would recommend you to stay away from such sites or methods as it won't have good results.

I don't think you'll have an rasy time finding a site like that dude. might as well just bet with your friends. that way you're also sure that it would be a fair betting : D

I also haven't seen any p2p site for betting online but the idea is good. Just like we use torrent to download movies/ software from Peer to peer systems,  something should be develop to allow p2p betting also.

Fairlay is a good option. It's not p2p by itself but you are indeed matching up with other people who have different opinion than you. So I guess that's P2P in a sense. It's a betting exchange which means that you can set your own odds on an event but for the bet to be valid someone else has got to be able to match your bet. Betmoose runs a similar betting exchange, you can bet on anything from politics to sports p2p.

But if you're looking for pure luck, then go for what xypos said, bitcoinrush.io. Bitdouble recently also introduced p2p coin flips i think. But looking at it right now it seems like bit double bots are the only ones that are betting so i'm not sure whether it's against the house or pvp.

It is very difficult to find the gambling sites that serve the users by opening the gambling site like that. Sorry I do not think there is a bitcoin gambling site as you are looking for.

i wanted to recommend a site called www.peerbet.org ; because they (used to) provide a raffle game without house edge (they gain funds from other betting). however, someone said that they won;t be able to register, so just wanna know if you can get into it. other than that, nothing AFAIK is popular of PvP gambling. maybe poker?

I believe that primedice had it a while ago but decided to take it out again. But now they've got their own copycat forum(forum.primedice.com), there is a subforum dedicated to people taking and making pvp bets, no matter whether it's sportsbetting or other random events. https://www.bitcoinrush.io/ is also a good site to play on if you want to play pvp. They do take a cut from the bets though. Also don't play with too much, it's good that you're only betting micro. The site admin isn't that active.

I haven't come across any of the gambling website providing the gamblers bet within the users. If such a service is initiated the gambling website won't be profited, because based on the end result one gambler gets an earning and the other loses. Gambling site might levy a charge.

The sites can easily take a 2% fee or something for hosting the bet for you. The earnings are really not the problem here.

The biggest difficulty would be how to automatically determine the winner of the bet. If a judge is needed, that would complicate things tremendously.

I only know two gambling sites that have this kind of feature in one of their games. First one is nitrogensports.eu's poker and the second one is already mentioned by mrcash which was bitdouble.io's coinflip. I'm not sure if onehash counts I know they only accept bets from players.

Maybe use fee the site for any gambling by user vs. user may create a room like a games so no cheats inside and mount of bets are given to the site and will be shared after the game is over.

Nothing that I know of that is working yet.  Wagerr ICO though is starting June 1st which will have head-to-head betting in addition to the regular sports bets.  This is exactly what you're looking for, and think that it will do extremely well when the site goes online.

I've came across action-gamble.com. It is a small community but it is also a user to user game. You only need to play rock paper scissors and whoever who in the round that proposed wins the money that was at stake. The community i think is still growing and most of the bets are in .0001 but you can also bet any amounts depending on whoever can play with the amount you wagered. And the user with the most wins in the day can have a price by the owner of the site. Check it out.

there are some sites offering this thing like primedice where you can bet against other players instead of the house edge. Also in poker you can play against real people and it doesn't require any provably fair system. However, as far as I'm aware there are no gambling websites that would allow the sports bets or other types of gambling against other players.

Never heard any site that can gives you PVP betting I think you may try bet on sports betting because they are relaying on peoples bet and the odds are changing .  and i think you are just still betting as user to user bets because in the other pick some people are betting but they have different odds. if you are looking for provably fair which is same bet no odds for now there are no sites the same as you thought..

It's not quite popular to be honest :/

You had a few games or rock paper scissor but it never really made a hit. And there was a site or two of coin flip if I remember well.
But let's be clear: who here thinks coinflip is interesting or entertaining? --'

But there was also a game like agar.io! It's not exactly gambling but it's pretty funny!
The game wasn't bad and the idea was simple, it was an agar.io but instead of losing/winning points you were losing/wining satoshis ^^

There are bitcoin websites where you play against other users and not single PvP bets. Normally it should be the same if you want to show how good you really are against other players, I know that feeling in Sport betting when you beat the competition so Fairlay is one of such websites together with Betbtc I guess not so sure about this second one though.
The most popular way of playing against others is live poker and there are sites that accept Bitcoin.
Normal pvp, like petting on a CSGO match aren't popular, because they give a lot of room to cheating and setting the matches. There would have to be a referee online to constantly watch games and people would just spew hate on each other if they knew they didn't lose to luck but inferior skills.

It turned out so to make a bet so that you could play in sports I do not really understand what to do and how to play so that at least once there was a positive moment.

No. PvP betting is not popular among bitcoin community, it is really hard to come up with good pvp game and run fair and entertaining service.
I know some services which offered rock, paper scissors pvp game, but I don't think they captured attention of the community.

Micro betting is another problem - if someone is interested in micro gambling they usually just play with Dice, micro betting pvp is kinda pointless.
