After seeing a name "becks" here, i used search function of this forum & got ZERO results.
I think search function will show zero result, only if their exists nothing in the name or word "becks"
How can a user account never created in this forum, can be put on user watch list?

The user you mention is not a scammer. This is a user watch list. That user was removed by me the OP. You have already twice mentioned this user as a "scammer" with is not the case so you are currently not adding any value to this conversation and in fact causing damage to this users reputation for anyone doing a future search. If you would like to accuse a user as a scammer, including the OP, please post in the scam accusations thread.

I saw in my own eyes that becks name mentioned in a post which was deleted now.
That why i asked how becks can be called scammer.

Just noticed that and realized that is the second time i've seen suspicious behavior. First he want to buy BTC and as soon as I ask him to confirm some info he disappears. Than a weeks or so later he PM's me asking for at 25 BTC loan. No ideas if he's made any successful trades yet.

BCB communication: I wanted to use my business name, new paypal I have for about a month for bitcoin. eventually i gave my full name, i showed him a video of me logging into paypal and the messages i did with Davincij15 transaction of paypal for BTC from him

So TizzyTazzy is okay ? I thought he used to have quite a bit of positive ratings then one day I see he has a scammer tag.
After as week of collection efforts he did pay me back. That's all I can say.
