No it's not that huge. It still has a lot of room to grow.
Some other ICO's have had much much bigger cap's and the usually dump after the ico.

Yes bounty program doesn’t always make the price dump, if the bounty are not that bigs, the price will not moove because of that. And Utrust has a lot of very good argument to sucess, I have no fear for the future of the project.

But why would more exchanges help against manipulation from whales. I think you cannot prevent a project from manipulation.
