Sorry to hear that, maybe you used foul language or did make baseless accusations. Answer to your question is that every reputable ico is doing kyc because they are legally obligated to do so.

Afaik you only need KYC if you're targeting US customers, but it seems really strange to do it after the ICO and not before.

Yes, maybe ... 5% seems. Then it's harder to calculate. Developers themselves on the move change the ICO conditions, then the tokens are removed, then they extend the time, so they only know how much they allocate on the bounty.

So, does that 5% correspond to a total supply, no matter how much they sell? Either it is not fixed, and it will depend on a possible burning to be calculated, I follow the campaigns and I have not yet come to a definitive answer
