That is exactly the term I was looking for. The biggest companies and most famous people in the world take advantage of them, including Apple, Amazon and Queen Elizabeth. Just look at the Paradise Papers and their predecessors.

There are some legal constructs in which you can register an office in a different country for tax and regulation benefits. The office need not be much more than a valid address. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registered_office

Just a bit weird it is a leather bags shop too. Could be something specific to Switzerland.

Indeed investing in ICO's carries a risk, they have detailed a route and each one must decide if it suits them or not.

Its great that Utrust has already two partnership with exchange, hitbtc and kucoin, im impatient to see the price on exchange. The potential of Utrust is incredible, the value can skyrocket fast.
