Well all he said is that there are still unsold tokens available during the ICO. And when these tokens don't get sold out, why should anyone be willing to pay even more than the ICO price on an exchange when he could have bought during the token sale?
I think the real increase in price will be when the first merchants successfully test the Utrust API and plan to implement UTrust in their shop.
If there is some real test even with a small number of merchants it could have a real impact on the price.
Ideally, it should be and it will be started with just small number of merchants, then I would hope it would have rapid mass adoption accordingly.
I am sure after the tests with merchants this coin will go up in price steadily.
