Actually, the bounty hunters will only have about 5% of the total token supply.
If the token's price is drop more than 5% , then its not only because of bounty hunters.
The thing is you wont prevent the dump if youre only thinking about bounty hunters.

If the bounty hunters sell the tokens 3 times under the ico value, then they are the one who lose money, why?
Because its like your boss gives you a lower salary than you should.
And if maybe every bounty hunter wants to lose money that way, boom! that 5% of the total tokens are sold and the bounty hunters have lost their money.
Then because its only 5% (small amount), the price will go up again according to
the law of demand and supply.
