The good news, USA investors are allowed!
The bad news, the USA investors have to be Qualified Accredited Investors.
In the United States, to be considered an accredited investor, one must have a net worth of at least $1,000,000, excluding the value of one's primary residence, or have income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or $300,000 combined income if married) and have the expectation to make the same amount this year.

Regulation is on its way, ICOs in 2018 will be way different than those in 2017.

I have to repeat. Who wants to buy tokens, he will be able to do it then on the exchange at a price below the ICO. For such confidence there are many facts:
- lack of the finished product;
- downturn on the cryptomarket;
- the presence of members pre-sale which will be ready to sell below ICO price;
- and you can wait for the sale of tokens after free distribution tokens to the bounty hunters.
U.S. investors and private investors can't sell their tokens but I agree with you on bounty hunters, the vast majority of them are greedy and they gonna dump the price down the moment they will receive their tokens
In fact, this already happens in many projects, and brings a satisfactory result to the script, these rampant evictions of people who are content with the little initial profit ends up damaging the planning done. It would be wise if Utrust followed these examples of containing evictions, so such a gigantic project can not lose control at such a good start

The sneak peak at the end is nice to see by the way, but I wished you would have taken something else like BTC 
just to make it a bit more not so obvious I think UTrust is one of the most transparent companies that are doing some ICOs out there. This only gives investors more confidence to put some of their investments to this project. I'm already sold on this project but this only makes me more wanting to invest more. I love how confidence they are in their project. Something that is lacking to other projects doing ICOs these days.
Utrust is very serious with the project, it can be seen from a bunch of advertisements they've done. It should bring more confidence to investors out there.
Exactly, I don't understand why so little projects invest in advertising. It goes such a long way!

My heart is pounding because i bought all this ETH with my btc while ago so i would have it ready for icos, and now i had to watch bitcoin bull run while the eth is getting cheaper... Hoping this ico will turn the tide on my favor.
BTC market right now is insane, but its all a long term play right? Utrust might not pay off immediately, but if you believe in the project it can pay off in the long run.
I think bitcoin will out perform utrust on a 3-10 year plans. Bitcoin will 10x in that period before utrust does

You sold to private investors for 2000000$ and pre-sale - 1500000$. Your message indicates private investors. What about the members pre-sale?
Our pre-sale has no vesting period, but the majority of private investors and all U.S. investors do. Millions worth of coins will be locked up for 6-12 months, without a chance to withdraw or sell them.
