Dear community,Only 3 days now and we are all exceptionally excited for our
ICO on 02 November 2017 at 2PM UTC.
We are sorry for the delay in answers on BitcoinTalk, naturally, we are all very busy preparing for the big day to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Once again we would like to thank you all on BitcoinTalk, Telegram, Slack and everywhere else for your support in recent weeks. We are all feel so blessed and appreciate you all very much. Our community is very important to us and therefore I will take time now to go through the last 10 pages and provide some feedback this morning.
So, they will have offices both in Switzerland and in Portugal?
Indeed, offices in both. Our engineers will remain in Portugal since the cost of living, office rental etc are significantly cheaper. You can
compare the costs between Braga and Zug here. It literally says: "You would need around 6,481.19€ (7,509.54Fr.) in Zug to maintain the same standard of life that you can have with 2,000.00€ in Braga.", making life in Switzerland more than 3 times more expensive than in Braga!
Our investment funds provided by our community is important to us and we want to spend it wisely. Saving more than 300% every month for a team that has over 20 employees is a lot of money saved in the long-run!
I was reading this article
https://medium.com/@cointrackr/utrust-8e814a2dbedbHere is some of the most intresting parts:
UTRUST also plans on being a crypto-to-fiat gateway. Through the platform users will be able to transfer crypto into their UTRUST wallets in any of the supported currencies to convert it to fiat before withdrawing into their local bank accounts. While this may not sound like a big deal, it is indeed a major factor in the evaluation since this will be among the first companies — regulated in Switzerland — that is allowed to do just that, making it future proof and very valuable. Swiss banks support both, SWIFT and SEPA, which means bank transfers should be available worldwide.
UTRUST charges a fee of 1% on every payment. Up to 20% of this fee (so up to 0.2% of every payment made with non-UTRUST tokens) is being used to buy back tokens from partnering exchanges at market-rate and send them to an address that nobody owns, making them virtually untouchable, even for UTRUST.
There are also a lot of info in general about the team and the project, matters that were openly discussed in here too.
Thank you so much for sharing this!
Awesome news indeed and not the only one. We have several conferences scheduled around the world and overall a very solid post-ICO plan. Loads of conferences and other intentions to spread awareness. Plus,
we are going to onboard the first merchants by the end of December 2017!Because this is what we were waiting for to securely spend our crypto currencies on merchants' website. I really hope they suceed because right now there's no buyer protection when you buy things with btc etc...
This is indeed our primary goal. UTRUST
will make the industry better as a whole.
Yes, there are no dividends when holding UTrust tokens but with the constant burning of tokens for the next 18 years, there should be an increase in the value of the tokens you hold.
We do not believe in dividends and they are also very hard to do from a legal perspective. Projects that do them right now are very likely not to be compliant.
UTRUST will definitely give more value to major cryptocurrencies that it will integrate into its platform. This will be a win win situation for both the token and other cryptos it adapts.
Exactly! It will be good for the entire industry. Giving cryptocurrency a proper adoption tool, they may soon be worth a lot more!
So can US citizens officially take part of Utrust ICO or it hasnt been resolved yet? I would be good if you address this before November 2nd. We all know how much this would mean for initial budget.
I'm sorry for the delay but we recently released information that U.S. citizens and U.S. residents can participate, albeit with restrictions. First and foremost, only
accredited investors will be able to take part. If you have any more questions I'd suggest writing
[email protected] as they are dealing with U.S. investors.
This won't necessarily affect users at all, but give further incentives to merchants to "be good".
All very good articles. Thank you so much for sharing them here!
Private sale is 0.02 usd, but ICO for 0.065 usd? You are too greedy and make ICO investors bagholders. General projects have less bonus rate, but you have too much discount.
This is a common misconception. We only sold $3.5M worth of tokens and aim to raise a total $49M in total. The market cap will barely be affected by this at all, even if everybody would dump at the same time. This is different for other ICOs, but we rejected offers from big buying groups asking for discounts and expect our price to be very stable once it hits the market.
We mean it when we say that community the community is important to us and we do want to protect our investors.
I want buy it but.. how to? I'm a newbie. Anyone can help me also with a tutorial link?
Thanks
