as my opinion this project as it is very similar to Monetha but also a good investment in the future. i put half my money on this project .

This is similar to monetha and also this is much better to monetha as per my own opinion sir. This project will be a huge success in the future, because this is a very nice project i cant wait to see its success

Really not very similar.
They have some things in common but UTRUST had much more features and its more secure.

UTRUST will be used on big e-commerce websites, I'm sure about that. Dont know if we will see Monetha...

It's great that they also allow US investors. Not many projects lately allowed this.

Woah, hold it! They are still checking, nothing is not settled yet. If UTrust tokens are considered securities it is a no-go for US investors. There is also a chance UTrust raises a red flag in the US because of "activities that relate to transactions that involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses". Then again there are also crypto exchanges in the US like Bittrex and Kraken.

These tokens can't be considered securities, not so far anyway. I think I remember that the dev's made some research into this.

Yes, but using them in the U.S> market is not that easy. The SEC will put lots of regulations and crypto market will not accept most of them.
Okay that means for US investors that they should be careful before they invest in this ICO. Maybe one of the devs can give a comment about this.

They will probably make an announcement when the ico start about US. Us citizens make their movement on that announcement. I haven't seen any official statement about US investors for now. There isn't too much left for ico so just a little bit more patient.

There was some statement about this. Anyway if you want to participate in crowdsale then you can just use some VPN

I remember there was a paper a couple of weeks ago, it was official from UTRUST, it was basically full of legal stuff and explaining how the token works and how is not giving dividends per se.
UTRUST will instead use part of the fees coming from the people usong their payment system to buyback token in the market and burn them. This is a legal shortcut to overcome the security legislation but guarantee a steady increase in the token value over time.

There have been other psrojects using the bayback as a way to control the price of the tokens

Thread activity keeps going strong.
Glad to see this community so active. UTRUST will be going strong into there ICO.

Really hope everything will run smoothly. Because this is a very populair project there will be some scammers for sure! People trying to make look-a-like websites, and will do everything to scam you. Only trust news on the official websites.

Thats right sir for sure there are some scammers that tricks people in this project for their own profits. We must be careful for those tricky people. And one piece of advice do not let other people to decieve you, because in investing there will be a lot of scam.

Well..anyone who invests in an ICO just by the persuasion of others is bound to lose money. Due diligence is needed to scan out better ICOs from the scam projects. That is true for any investment.

It looks like nowadays most of the ICO's are created to scam people but Utrust is one of the unique projects where everyone know whats going to happen. Really happy to be a part of this.

Well I guess if the law is implemented for ICOs, tokens will definitely fall under securities. Check Howey test concept for more clarity. The market is maturing and regulation will take a bit of time.

Utrust tokens are ultra-liquid which allows us to easily spend them on products or services presented on the platform (you have a chat to chat with the seller and ask questions) but also to keep them in the long term as a safe haven.
