Yes, so far this project has been a success with 3.5M$ raised in pre-ICO + private round.
ICO hasn't started yet, has been postponed and will start 2nd of November.

I agree with you, It is unwise to charge hidden fees, because Utrust is a new project, it needs to create many benefits to attract users. Maybe, becoming a big platform with billion users, it will charge hidden fees, I don't know, lol! Cheesy

If you think so, then put more gas price to make payment faster. Then you can make it. But I think that a few minutes it is strongly said, here's a sale in a few hours is more real. Then you can do it without too much fuss.
