I do not exactly know what proof UTRUST's KYC/AML will require, but I am sure it will require some kind of identification.

FINMA requires KYC/AML to let Utrust be usable. Well I think it's needed, I don't think that Utrust was created for the deep web, it was created with legal sellers in mind

Yea, this phenomenon is not new. The last fork most ico before the fork faces challenges.
Everybody wants to hold on to their BTC to get the drop (free coin).
Though this time the old coin is supposed to go away. Hope it will be smooth like Ethereum.
Everyone hopping to receive a free coin was disappointed.
But a good ico will ride though.

Sure, there is a lot of investment in this pre-fork, but after all this will return to the Altcoins, and especially the best investments, Utrust is certainly on this select list. I expect good profits from this project. Good luck to the team in this new stage

Where did you see that the value of the project decreased please ?

The fork, all money is going to BTC because people want to get BTG, so people cash out their tokens, and the tokens are going below ICOs prices, once the forks are finished, we will see an increase of money into alts, for now we just need to wait, though utrus' ICO hasn't started yet, so this project is not losing value, nor its token
