This project will definitely be the focus of the ICO in September. I hope dev will provide more accurate information for investors to participate in this project and I will invest a small amount to help make the project more successful.

Postponement of a particular ICO is kind a like not normal these days. The not so good news about exchange shutting down on China in some way have contributed to the delay of some ICO. But hey! UTRUST ICO will continue, however the ICO structure was changed for some reason.
Still following this project. can't wait for the said ICO ,this is one of few project that caught my attention and i believe this project will succeed.

If you are going to change the structure of the ICO you need to offer refunds to those who have participated. I participated believing the structure was what it used to be, now you have changed it and it is not as good since it is worth only .065 instead of .085 at the end. Or, you could offer an extra bonus to the pre-ICO to make up for it. But bending over those who have already participated is not a good start.
