Only sold tokens will be issued. If investors buy only 500 million, this will be the total supply.

We do not offer refunds at this point, but why would you like one in the first place? Pre-ICO investors are in a better position now that they were before. I personally invested into the UTRUST ICO as well and the average price will now be slightly higher than it would have been. Since only 100m would have been sold at 8.5 cents this would not have meant that the price on the exchanges is going to be 8.5 cents either.
Changing the deal after receiving payment is dirty and poor business whether you perceive it to be "better" or not. It's a matter of principal and good business practice.We do not offer refunds at this point, but why would you like one in the first place? The Pre-ICO tokens were offered with the initial structure which both parties agreed to at time of purchase.
Now, one party (UTrust), has changed the deal.
In basic contract law this is not allowed and the offer and acceptance of the Pre-ICO offerings constitutes a contract. If one party is going to unilaterally change the contract, the other party should be offered a chance to exit the agreement (i.e., refund). It is unclear if anyone would take it but it should be offered nonetheless.
It's just good business.

Pre-Sale was only $1.5m. ICO will be ~ $45.5m.

Round 5 - $0.075

In such a solution, the fixed price offered is still attractive.

No. I mean: Tier 1: $0.04, Tier 2: $0.05...as originally planned. If you are going to change the structure of the ICO you need to offer refunds to those who have participated. I participated believing the structure was what it used to be, now you have changed it and it is not as good since it is worth only .065 instead of .085 at the end. Or, you could offer an extra bonus to the pre-ICO to make up for it. But bending over those who have already participated is not a good start.

That'd be incorrect. While a small amount tokens (only 50 million) were sold at $0.03, the remaining 700m (!) will have a price of 6.5 cents. Even if some of the pre-ICO investors would sell it, it's a drop in the bucket ($1.5m into a bucket of $45.5m).

Navigating the site, do the team responsible for the project have Brazilians participating? Or are they Portuguese? Anyway, I expect it to happen as the roadmap
