Cenbuterol- the size zero pill- is most tolerated and most effective when "cycled". Here are a couple of examples of clenbuterol cycles, but you can create your own as well based on how you feel and how well you tolerate the side effects.
Clenbuterol, when used for its fat-burning properties is best used in a "pyramid scheme" as shown in the large blue graphic above.
It's best to start from 20 mcg (0.02mg) to 40 mcg per day and slowly work your way up increasing the dose every 3 days by 20 mcg, to a maximum of 120-160 mcg. Most users find 80 mcg to be adequate.
Users that report bad side effects and discontinue use are often those who use high doses right at the start of the cycle. The worst side effects occur within the first 3-4 days of use.
A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab until the side effects are not tolerable.
Muscle cramps, tremors, and headaches are the most common clenbuterol side effects. Some users report trouble sleeping.
Muscle cramps and tremors are dealt with by drinking 1.5 - 2 gallons of water and consuming bananas, papaya, avacado, or other potassium-rich foods. Use "no salt" instead of salt.
Headaches can easily be treated with acetaminophen. Take it at the first signs of a headache- don't delay. Do not take clenbuterol past 4pm or you might experience trouble sleeping.
On the brighter side, one can expect a feeling of being energized and breathing easily.
If you experience any of these following side effects, reduce your dosage slightly:
* Nausea
* Dizziness
* Drowsiness
* Tremors
* Dry Mouth
* Insomnia
* Vomiting
If your side effects are severe then discontinue use.
