You did have a good service but you have not specify what plugins are you using on all the sites that you are setting up
I guess your service only caters fr newbies ..
Wordpress are open source anyone can set up one if he can avail a cpanel or a webhost some web host with a good softaculous
features can set up a wordpress site for at least $2 a month for two sites ..
But I do like your theme will look good if there is a testimonials and it is prominently displayed
