No there are not!
Does it mean we can share post and retweet at will? So, 5 or 10 retweets/posts shared a day will be counted... is it okay?

We are automatically tracking them! No need for you to do any work but promote Vector as much as you can
Vector is quiet skeptical in terms of bounty campaign, but as i read their whitepaper, there seem a lot of potential out there. There is always a room for crypto like this ICO.
