this casino didn't process my payment long time ago, and i tried to withdraw today, it still didn't process.
the story, i saw this casino offered 200% first deposit bonus long time ago, and i deposited 1btc, i got 2 btc totally, and it was an obvious error, i should get 3btc in total, so i asked the support, they changed my btc balance to 3btc, and something weird happened, i need to rollover 40X of 2btc bonus, which is 80X rollover, i completed 30% and the system said i completed the rollover process(so i was not wrong to withdraw them right?) i withdrew the left 1.7 btc and they said i can't withdraw them cause i didn't complete 80x rollover, and they sent me 1 btc, so the left 0.7btc, they didn't wanna send it to me.
solutions:
1. you pay me 0.7btc as bug bounty.
2. you set rollover of 0.7 btc, if i complete it, you should allow me to withdraw.(i still have over 10 virtual gifts, if you don't let me withdraw, you will still refuse to pay me if i complete the bonus of virtual gifts)
all things were cause by your error, i was not wrong at all.
