"VEGASCASINO.IO & SPORTSBET.IO ARE THE SAME CRAP AND THEY HAVE LOTTERY... GUESS WHAT, THAT LOTTO IS RIGGED. PEOPLE PUT MONEY TO BUY TICKETS AND ITS COMPLETELY RIGGED... BACK TRACK EVERY SINGLE WEEKLY RAFFLE (DAILY RAFFLE FOR SPORTSBET) AND LOOK AT EVERY PLAYERS NAME WHO WINS.... I BACK TRACKED 3 MONTHS AND TELL ME WHY THERE ARE *3 PLAYERS WHO WIN AT LEAST 3 SLOTS PER LOTTO* (10 SLOTS IN A LOTTO= 3 OF THOSE PLAYERS HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST 5-6 SEATS WHICH MAKES ONLY 3 4 AT THE MOST TO WIN BUT ONLY THE SMALLEST AMOUNTS)

IF THOSE PEOPLE CAN WIN WEEKLY AND DAILY CONSISTENTLY... WTH GO BUY A LOTTO! THATS SOME RIGGED ASS CRAP, NO WAY IN HELL YOU CAN WIN THAT CONSISTENT IN A LOTTO ESPECIALLY WITH OVER 70+ TICKETS EACH TIME/DAY/WEEK!!
"

What he is not saying is that every player can and most likely do buy 5 tickets to the lottery.   So the amount of player is probably somewhere around 14-20. With 10 spots available it s not unreasonable that players would win several weeks in a row or win on multiple tickets.

Also, nobody leaves a big win open like that and walks away.

For raffle/lottery we can say if that's manipulates because it's back how many ticket has you buy for one raffle/lottery so i think if you not trust with that way just left don't buy even only one ticket raffle/lottery .

You should have all his bets saved in your database and look at all his bet IDs and use it as a proof.

I assume they did that first.  His affiliate would also have that data.  If there was record of the hand, they would of just paid him.  (This is .1 BTC were talking about)

Also, he doesn't mention playing between screen shots (after sandwhich) but his balance went from .8 mbtc to more than 3 mbtc.

Also, the whole story just screams of broke desperate degen.

Balance at the top of the screen is not frequently update from my experience, sometimes balance is updated after you refresh or load new game.
He said that he also has video. If he can update video that would be great.
In case of provably fair game an user should post bet id, hashes and verification would be easy.
Vegascasino is more funny with their official response than himself.

I think when OP mentioned the video, he was being honest:
Quote
plus I recorded the loading screen just constantly loading over and over and sent it to support..

Useless though, like nearly everything else he wrote.

Do you think this is not ridiculous?
Quote
I finally got a good hand... When my hand Hit, I left it alone and went to the kitchen to go make me a sandwich and relax for a second... (seeing 4 wilds on the screen looks nice right).

So 30min I came back, and the screen froze...

VegasCasino.io there is delay  before double up button shows if he made screenshot immediately after win it will look like screen he posted.
Double Up button shows after 2+ seconds on my side, he probably made screenshot instantly after win.
I tested it on practice mode.

You should have all his bets saved in your database and look at all his bet IDs and use it as a proof.

Vegas Casino your answer to the complaint is not acceptable

Hello,

Sorry for waiting with our official answer, it took time to investigate this question.

Below you can see 3 screenshots of how this game works (and you can check by yourself by playing it on vegascasino.io):

1. After making the bet CREDITS are 1949, HOLD buttons are all active

2. After hitting DEAL and WINNING the DOUBLE UP feature pops up, all HOLD buttons are disabled, CREDITS are 1949

3. After canceling the DOUBLE UP feature the WIN becomes active, it is shown what WON (STRAIGHT), CREDITS are now 1954, BET becomes 0, WIN amount is shown, BET ONE and MAX BET buttons become active

Now from a user's side we (in the live chat) received 3 screenshot where the DOUBLE UP feature has no buttons or text (same what he posted: http://imgur.com/a/yMR3W). The coloring around WIN amount looks vastly different from all other numerical values on the screenshot. Please compare below - above is player's screen, below is ours:

On 2 other screenshots which are showing game after the DOUBLE UP feature, the CREDITS have not updated and the BET amount is still visible. In a normal game after the DOUBLE UP feature the CREDITS are updated with the WIN immediately and BET becomes 0 as there is no BET selected for the next hand yet. Here are these screenshots:

Thanks for cooperation.

Hate to be "that guy" (used to it though) but OP is mostly a rant and irrelevant to the issue.  His explanation of what actually happened seems very suspicious.

-snip-
I hit 4 deuces wild
-snip-
When my hand Hit, I left it alone and went to the kitchen to go make me a sandwich and relax for a second...
-snip-
So 30min I came back, and the screen froze

I'm a gambler and have lots of friends who are also gamblers.  When someone gets dealt a great hand in video poker, getting up to go make a sandwhich and chill for 30 minutes before finishing the hand is not something I could ever imagine anyone I've ever known to even consider doing.  I mean, the guy still had a sweat drawing to the ace for 2,000 credit vs 1,000 if he missed it.

Maybe call over your friend to see it, or take a picture, but it should be a basic instinct when you have a win to get the money asap.  Especially when you're playing online.  What if the power goes out?  What if your computer freezes, network issue?

Perhaps OP is genuine, I can't prove one way or the other or claim I know the truth.  Just saying - seems suspicious.

Derail sorry:

-snip-
Thus providers such as NetEnt, Microgaming, etc are putting alot on the line to scam the millions of online players with crooked slots. Guess what buddy, Bitcasino uses these same gaming providers!!
-snip-

I am not so sure about this.  They were using pirated Netent software in the past, this has been confirmed by Netent.

http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64413&page=5&p=657289#post657289

Now they have this on their page. "NetEnt games are operated in co-operation with Elec Games N.V. who are licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao under the same license no: 1668/JAZ."

I am not an expert, but it seems like they are saying that the software they are using is provided by a company other than NetEnt and are licensed/regulated by Curacao - which really means almost nothing imo"

A large number of casinos that have poor reputations are regulated in Curacao and while there have been signs of improvement in the last year or so, with the move from the Cyberluck name – which took no involvement whatsoever in assisting players with any disputes that involved casinos they regulate – to Curacao eGaming, they are still widely considered by the playing community to be toothless when it comes to ensuring their casinos behave in an ethical fashion.

A little better than a license from Costa Rica – which is the same as being unlicensed for all practical purposes – and not even in the same universe as licenses issues in Gibraltar, the Isle of Man and Alderney.

Also - this just makes them suspicious in my book, not scammers.

I think if the OP was trying to scam the casino with phony screenshots or such that he would be doing so at a higher coin value then .1mbtc Thus I tend to believe his story and screenshots. It's .1btc payout that hes trying to reclaim. If hes scamming for that little and putting this much effort doing so then hes wasting his time.

As far as the fake NetEnt slots, I believe very early on they were using providers that were supplying the pirated software. To me it seems they have got rid of all that a long time ago and have legitimate software running from NetEnt, Microgaming, Etc. You can test yourself that their NetEnt slots are all connecting to the proper NetEnt servers. Also they get the new slot releases same day they are live at other major casinos as well. That would be pretty hard to pirate software that quick.

I would like to see them tho show integrity and remove BetSoft slots from all their brands (bitcasino, vegascasino, sportsbet)

Bitcasino.io /Vegascasinio.io/Sportsbet.io is run by the same agency called as BTCAgency,I have contacts of one of their members on skype. They're a long time scammers in the gambling world.Just takes right people to realize it.I would totally support you if you wish to take further actions.

^

They use games that are not provably fair, operated by known shady game operators (BetSoft). Most popular fiat casinos have dropped BetSoft's product line, because they were caught cheating players.

This is so dumb. In one sentence you mention that most popular fiat casinos have dropped betsofts games and in the other you are chiding the bitcasino for not offering provably fair games. You do realize that most popular fiat online casinos DO NOT have provably fair games. Instead most of their providers games are put through rigorous RNG certification tests by reputable companies. Thus providers such as NetEnt, Microgaming, etc are putting alot on the line to scam the millions of online players with crooked slots. Guess what buddy, Bitcasino uses these same gaming providers!! Such a stupid post. But you are right I would like to see more casinos stand up to integrity and drop Betsofts games. This includes bitcasino/vegascasino. They are an upstanding company and need to be aware of the issues with betsofts crooked games cheating players and drop them like all the major online casinos. I have a feeling most casinos that offer up these games are unaware of the major recent issues regarding betsofts non randomess in their slots/table games etc.

Why don't you supply evidence that they are long time scammers. Just saying that does or means nothing. You need to post direct evidence of scams they are involved in. Spouting off rumors or speculation doesn't look good for you. I'm open to hearing you present all the evidence with links and such that you have to support your position. They have had many times to be able to scam me out of my payouts on their websites. Instead everytime I've made a withdrawl it is processed within seconds. As far as their lottery/raffles being rigged I haven't seen enough evidence supported. I've had some luck on their raffles from time to time. In fact I have even on a major prize of 1000 eur prize months back. If it was rigged how did I get drawn and not some shill account they wanted to win or whatever. Anyways you need to support evidence to back your malicious claims.

TO THE OP:

If you really feel you have been wronged or shorted a payout. You need to file a complaint with the right people that can help resolve your issues if you are getting nowhere with the direct support of vegascasino. Posting here and bitching isn't going to solve much. There are gambling forums and websites out there that help mediate in these sort of instances. I direct you to askgamblers.com where vegascasino has a rep that responds to complaints and the mediator will help decide with evidence of course if you are owed this .1btc

thanks man... they just keep giving me the run around still. telling me to wait wait wait, and this support agent valentine or whatever his name is, he's a little punk. He told me yesterday that there is nothing I can do, then last night I was talking to another agent who helped me last time I had issues with the site she said she escalated it to the tech and they will reach out to the providers since that didnt happen yet, but that little valentine punk said the providers said nothing they can do so someone is lying and they wont give me my money back. Regardless of what I won, it clearly states on those machines anything is voided when it comes to missuse or malfunctions period

Live support cant do anything they can just activate bonus.
Play on provably fair trusted casinos skip Coingaming, Softswiss.
Sorry for your loss.

Post this in the scam accusation board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Include all the proofs you've mentioned etc.

I'm not familiar with that site and don't think I've ever heard of them before. Do they have official thread here at all?
