Now that none of what I've been told by various agents from VC I looked through my past results and the odds of me losing to the degree that I've lost on VC lotteries is off the charts. I've ran into a long list of issues with the site and have had decent amounts of btc lost due solely to VC and errors with their site or in some cases the game provider. But every time I settle whatever support issue even after proving without a doubt my point and the rightful amount I should have back there is no chance no matter what they every do anything but lottery tickets. Even asking for a few spins to resolve a case of a hundred Mbtc they'll never do it I've deposited over 20k with them and they keep me waiting day after day, week after week, just to get a response for an issue. And then finally once they understand and see the error they tell me they can only do some tickets and to wait another week. The only thing that makes any of it make any sense is that they are putting in the fix..why not credit 5 Mbtc worth of spins instead of a ticket which could cost them hundreds? Because they know the tickets are worthless. And all the "wait for 4 more blocks, block xxxxxx is the winning block" bull sh*t is just to give off a feeling of fairness and similarity hoping the players won't look any farther than that.. And holding all the drawing to end between 2-4 am et so not many people see it.. Whatever tho I've cut my losses with them and I'm done I just suggest to any of you who are unfamiliar with the site and a potential customer that you avoid it at vegascasino the customer service is a joke the highest up person there doesn't know what a Provably fair game is and compared to every other site this one sends off the strongest feeling of manipulation of the games to fix the house edge even stronger in their favor
To be clear - you're saying that when you receive a your lotto ticket there's no number or any type of code that makes it different from the rest of the lottery tickets?
If that's the case (I can't confirm right now), I think there's a miscommunication somewhere because I'm pretty sure Bitcasino has the same backend and I'm pretty sure you can see each tickets number/string of characters to set that are compared with the hash of whichever block is used.
Giving out blank tickets to be filled in by the house after the outcome is determined cancels out any attempt at transparency, but it seems like they have a system that should work.
That doesn't mean they are rigging their lotto though, and honestly I would be surprised if they were. You should post screen shots of every ticket or give them permission to post the info if they can. Maybe the results will surprise you if you take a look with a clear head.
