Dude, don't laugh at this. Remember how well it worked out for Apple when they changed the name of the iPhone to the iPod Phone?

I am having this issue ONLY on p2pool(s). Regular pools these show 99.9% accepted.

That's because p2pool usually has a very fast target rate for the share chain and that creates more stales. However, be sure to submit the stale shares because they can still be valid blocks that will pay the pool.

Switched to p2pool and so far so good. Having issues with ALL R9 290 cards that for some reason get 20% stale. Tried all settings recommended in this guide https://vtcpool.co.uk/p2pool-guide.html but nothing is helping.

Anybody running 290 cards against p2pool(s)?

guiminer-scrypt has a bunch of settings (see sig)

Oh.  High stale rates are normal for p2pool, especially if your node is slow or your peers have high latency.

GambleX Exchange/Gambling
Hey guys!

Gamblex has decided to add Vertcoin to our exchange and our gambling site. It will be fully implemented, that means we will also sell shares that distribute a part of the VTC fee revenue to stakeholders.

Check out our thread and maybe Invest!

Hi is Vertcoin multipool resistant?

Some would call the progressive N-factor multipool resistance, since right now there is really only the practical possibility of multipools for regular Scrypt.

The term is often used to refer to KGW or other methods that change the difficulty each block. I think a better description would be multipool tolerant. If difficulty changes too slow then multipools will cause the difficulty to be volatile. But yes, vertcoin has KGW.
But thos features don't make you mooltipool resitanst.
There new clones using N-factor eg. Panda,GPU,Vertcoin just look at trademybit they have mooltipools on n-factor dedicated after while many coins will have it and more people will jump n-factor due to Asics then such mooltipools will be normal.
And clones of N-factor,scrypt jane will bring price down in long run Sad .

KGW provides multipool resistance. The difficulty goes up after 2.5 minutes (1 block) so it is no longer extremely profitable to stick around. If the multipool leaves, difficulty drops back to normal after one block. It would take a lot of work to keep coin hopping like this, and even if they did it would only result in increased profits(or if you prefer, disruption to our network), at most, 50% of the time.

Thanks for the info guys, reason i asked because i saw on TradeMyBits mutilpool website they have n-scrypt option and they were mining VTC. Surley they would not have the n-scrypt option if it was not profitable because i also saw user by name of Merc on there who has crazy hash power of +million when i saw him on Multipool US website?

Let's say i am mining litecoin with 1Mh/s . In this site http://www.verters.com/vertcoin-mining-calculator I put 1Mh/s or 0,5Mh/s in order to calculate my VTC per day. Thank you .
0,5Mh/s

What I think is that we should take VTC to mintpal.
Please vote / after registering / for VTC here: Ctr+F and search for VTC.
Also if you can please donate some BTC to jump up the queue.

Best.
