i download wallet, full sync, after that sent some amount, and my walllet balance should now be 0, but that transaction dont get any confirmations,
on blockchain i see ballance as it was before coin was sent, but on wallet on my PC i get 0 ballance, i try "rescan" option but still the same, any other command?

Make sure that your txid shows 0 confirmations in wallet and you don't find it in block explorer (it is NOT in mempool).I hope that helps.
L.E.: ...and make sure you pay the proper network fee
try with abandontran..... but i get error
Transaction not eligible for abandonment (code -5)

yeah looks like the network is just weak sauce. How would this coin be worth 200m ?
Impossible to sync from the start too.
I would dump all of this and switch to something that works like LTC or doge

Installed 3 Linux 16.04 VPS Vertcoin nodes the last weeks.. It is quite easy and only costs around 12$ a year for one VPS node.
I tried Running one at home, but even with a cheap Rasp Pi. Electricity is probably more for one year.

Yeah all these hard forks are getting ridiculous, they all happened because of minor matters
block size too small or stay whatever they are ? not agree... fork...
(bitcoin cash)cant compete with other miner... fork
(bitcoin gold)replay protection not implemented...fork
(bitcoin platinum) <=== NOT YET but there's an ANN for this segwit or no segwit can't agree fork again in november
Oh,the forked coin (BCH) is also about to fork as well... go figure
It's only logical people shift to vtc ... none of the above bullshits
